Facility was good. But the checking in was not smooth. They asked me for extra money. I paid in advance from makemytrip app. But they charged me again.

I would suggest to recheck prices agreed with property owner. Caretaker staff said don’t make payment, charges shown is lower than what property owner is expecting. I want to book again but staff clearly said that price we cannot offer room again. Communication was polite and respectful that’s why given good rating.

Horrible experienc3
The owner switched off his phone as he didn't want to deal with my check in issues. I think he's a total looser for listing his property on mm t and trying evade his duties when it comes to it. I had to deal with non english non local language speaking staff and they were trying to take more money without a bill. I'll be surely reporting this place to the consumer redressal and gst and cops also if need be. I was waiting with these two idiots for almost 1 hour at 10pm to get my issue resolved. Finally thanks to mm t i managed to catch some sleep.

Owner and caretaker not good speaking for the customers its very bad to behave there no calling bell at all rooms they will knock the room very loved and when we open the door they will watching inside the room very badly they don't have the manners

Satisfied but.
No lift in the building, no board with the apartment name so very hard to find. Mohsin was very helpful. He carried all the bags for us

Staff behavior very bad, only one pen using staff and gust, no temperature checking, no sanitizer in reception area, room ac is not cooling
