Metro inn

I am not satisfied because the room service and room maintenance cause of too much mosquitos and lack of service about the freshner and toiletries.

There are cockroaches in this room also small insects on bed. They have changed the blanket after complaining but bugs didn’t go. Fan is also not working. Bathroom is clean but no hot water for shower.

The owner of the guest house along with the staff is not cooperating i am along with my children i have booked for 2rooms they are saying they can't give us even 2rooms. The staff at the reception jeuel is asking me y you did book one day before. He does not know how to talk to the guest he is very rude.

I didnt stayed in that property. Old bed uncleaned towels. Uncleaned room.

Room was okay-ish. It had tobacco smell when entering as someone smoked in it. Some of the floor tiles were loose. Approachable location to the side of highway. Good restaurants nearby.

Charged extra amount for dry cleaning bedsheets there is some small dirts in the sheets and they charged extra 360 rupees.

It's very neat and clean room, and its located in very good location. This hotel is near lulu mall and metro station so it is very convenient.

Room was not cleaned. Never ever visit thia place, please dont opt this place for stay.

I booked a delux room by seeing the photo and we reached there late night after travel-ling 250 kms, they gave us a dirty room which exactly looks like a local lodge. Since it was late night and we were having a meeting in the morning we couldn't search for any other option and adjusted there for one night. We reached there by 11 at night and was totally disappointed and couldn't sleep due to mosquito and bad smell and we vacated early morning 7 o clock itself. After vacating the room we got a call from the hotel staff saying that the room that they have given us was not the room that we've booked and it was a mistake from the staff. We had paid for that room. showing a 5 star room picture. The room you've provided doesn't worth the money that i have paid.

The staff were nice. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean and soap was provided. Tv was in working conditions and had all the free channels

The location is good but the aircon isn't working, there are cockroach here and there that's the sign of uncleanness, don't choose if you want to spend more over than total 600 rs here.

The room was neat and tidy, ac and fan was working properly, got a free mineral water bottle from the staff, recommended for those who wan to spent a night near Lulu mall.

The room was okei. Provided toiletries. But no paste and brush. The towels were used but washed neatly. Room was neat and tidy including bathroom. But the corridors were unbearable due to the cigarette and urine smell.

The receptionist and staff was very freindly in welcoming. After providing the room, there was no room service done as i have booked it for 2 days. When asked they said i should have provided the key which is not seen in any other hotels since for room service they would have a separate key. The fun fact is that i personally demanded for the room service to be done in that case too they have not asked for the room key. The beds provided was not comfortable since it was two single beds made together. Which resulted in both the beds being moved away while sleeping, that resulted in my phone falling down the gap created by the beds when it was seperated. The room and the room lighting is never the same as shown in the pic. And i suggest the guest to take a personal visit before booking. And for this amount the service provided was poor. Hope u guys improve since u have the facilities to do so

My stay here at metro in was excellent. The staff were very helpful and nice. I would like to recommend this app for anybody who is looking for a stay in cities
