Excellent Stay
We stayed in the Moonwings mountain resort at Kanthallooor for 2 days. The service was excellent . The ambience was commendable. The food service provided by Mr.Prashanth was satisfactory. The arrangement and service provided by Mr.Regin (Manager) was awesome. The resort was maintained well. The food was satisfactory.

Average Stay
Excellent place to visit in kerala is marayoor or kaanthaloor. If you are a nature lover or want to away from your routine work just go and enjoy the nature and weather. But pols think before book a room in this resort. Seriously they try to show some hospitality twds customers. Actually we went very late to their resort after complete our munnar trip. Bcz of hard terrain and no mobile signal. The resort persons hv no mood to hear our words and dinner was horrible one. Pre-order only that too took 2 hrs to serve. At that time we had no option but to accept it. Though we booked four rooms and paid hefty amt no sense of hospitality. Travellers beware of it. While checking out we strongly asked them to improve the quality of food and service.

Dear Raja, Thank you for your valuable review and for staying in our place. As our location is in the mountain area we ask to inform us about food in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot serve food as fast as we would like to because we make it fresh up to guests order and have no half prepared options, that is why it takes time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and that you felt that we are not enough welcoming. We do our best to treat our guests in a most hospitable way and of course we are happy to see each of you. We will make all necessary measures also with the staff to avoid any possible guests inconvenience in future.
Excellent Stay
It is one of the best properties at kanthalloor. Rooms are very neat and service is good. Manager has a smile always on his face. It would be better if quality of the food is improved.

As the name suggests, it is surrounded by mountains. They keep the whole place including the room very clean. Afternoon tea is served with refreshments. Arrange dinner as guests ask. We have to pay separately for this. They cooked amazing breakfast. Overall the hotel stay was very good. They took good care of us. As we reached Kanthalur around noon, the high sun was cracking skulls in Kanthalur, the "little Kashmir of Kerala advertised on social media". It was the evening and night that completely dispelled our thoughts that we could not even put on a hat. Overall our trip was great.
