The rooms are really very dirty. There is no towel, soap provided. The bathroom mats are very dirty. We can't wipe out feet. The pillow, blanket all are looking like used. The fan is not working. We see a leach on the wash basin, however we removed it.

Very bad, customer service is worst. Had many problem with the receptionist, pols don't book this homestay

It was pathetic. Room was dirty, it was not the same as shown in the pics. It was stinking. Too small & no ventilation

Staying in mj inn feels too comfortable like staying in our home. Rooms are clean & neat.

No table, no bath towel, no soap, no glass, no drinking water. Only bed and bedsheet

We had a good stay for 1 night. The check-in process was easy and the room was neat and clean. The bathroom was also clean and hot water was available. The bed and blanket provided were of high quality, so we had a good sleep. The staff were helpful and we did not face any issues. The place is within walkable distance from many restaurants and shops. It is just a few minutes drive from central munnar but there was some traffic during peak hours. Overall, it was great value for money.

Hotel is near to munnar town, all facilities like restaurants shops are near by. Owner mr ghosh is also very helpful from the booking time itself. Clean rooms and nice to stay.
