This is a pathetic service of mmt. Mm t deducted 6500+ for a night and the hotel refused to give a booking. Mm t didn't return the money. This is a very very sad service of yours.

Not upto the mark. Basic amenities like intercom is missing. Have to rush to reception every now and then for any requirements. The rooms are also not maintained. Seems the upkeep has not been done after the opening of the resort. The swimming pool was also dirty. And always got the reply that the personnel who cleans the pool didn't turn up and will try to get it done in couple of hours and will be informed. But never done or informed. Waste of money

The hotel is badly maintained and needs an overall makeover. Linen stained, dirty and torn in many places. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the rooms. Dirty and stained bathroom pot, basin and walls. Black mould in bathroom too. Railing on balcony broken in many places and the wood is rotting. The only decent thing about this place is that they provide a good cup of tea. Breakfast is also okay, nothing great. The pool water is dirty and green in color. This hotel definitely needs a lot of improvement.

It's very refreshing to see a staff willing to go out of their way to help. While the restaurant, swimming pool, and rooms were great it was honestly the staff which made the experience a 5-star experience for me.

Worth every single penny, breakfast was good.

Don't go for this as it is only. A budget accommodation at high prices.

Location was really good, serene and cool. Nice ambience of hotel. Diwali lighting was too good. Excellent DJ. Had fun. Food was good and tasty. Service was also good but can be much better.

Booked for 5 people, when asked for permissible bottled water, was denied, lousy rooms, empty hotel, disgusting food, not recommended.

Although its very old Resort but probably the Resort has been renovated recently Its quite clean and hygienic Lovely hotel and cultured staff

Rooms are not up to the mark, old construction, renovation needed, and can find a better place in this price. Unprofessional staff, we faced problem after check-out they calling again and again for an extra amt. Which we have paid already. Not recommend.

Located centrally. Staff behaviour is very good. Gave me room upgrades for free as well. Tasty breakfast. Rooms (and particularly bathrooms) need to be better maintained

Check in was fast and easy, staff at the reception was pro-active to change our room since we had an infant with us, the moment we checked in, floor manager visited our room to make sure everything is in order, food service was quick and tasteful. Breakfast had good variety and was appealing to the pallet. Hotel is at an excellent location, away from the city center rush but still takes just 5 mins to reach there and stone throw away from the express way. Staff was courteous and the best thing about them was they never on look out for tips, service without any returns was their only priority. A very pleasant stay is how I would end my experience, thank you for the hospitality Rainbow Retreat!

I had been with my friends to this resort our room was in the 1st floor the balcony looks little scary from inside and also no lights in the balcony in the night safety had to be taken care of food was good overall the stay was good.

The location of Hotel Rainbow was good. Stay was also comfortable but the maintenance of the room in terms of pest control was very poor.
