Excellent Stay
groupMy room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The host was the best host ever. Very friendly and the property is located where u can access to all the places. Also the view from the property is a add on. Highly recommended to all backpackers and group travellers.

Budget friendly and best dormitory stat
Big, clean and spacious dorm with clean bunkers. Washrooms are also very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. All in all the place is great value for money and the location is prime. Facilities are excellent for the price including the fast-speed free wi-fi. No noise. It truly felt like home. The view with a cup of coffee and the location makes it worthwhile!

the stay was good, it’s located exactly opposite to the beach, calm place, hospitality was too good. delicious food as well. the best thing is my stay was on my birthday and marine uana guys surprises me with a birthday cake and felt so happy about it.. overall they say was really wonderful

Pathetic room and toilets
Please don't choose this stay, rooms and toilets are pathetic, no hot water, pathetic toilet, just a single plug point for the entire room! the only good thing was the location which is right in front of beach and amazing view but apart from that stay away! the cafe in the hotel was amazing, food was really really delicious and the hosts were really cordial and very sweet! my suggestion go for the food not for the stay

Hey vishal, thank you for the rating and review about food and restaurant. However, lmh, the room cost was - for 3 adults and you paid extra taxes to online platform. For second day stay, we have charged less then the previous night, on your request, that was - including complementary breakfast for 3 adults. We expect anyone can afford - per head for a good and clean stay with tasty food, with wifi, hotwater. And if you would have not satisfied with the room or anything you could have highlighted atleast ones in your two days stays with us. But have not!anyways, do visit again soon. Its always our pleasure to host our guests.
Good Stay
Stay was peaceful, the owners were good except the lady there was some issue with the chef. So couldnt explore food, stay was neat and peaceful.

Terrible, waste of money
Absolutely waste of money. No access road, no power back up, room with lizards to welcome us. No backup plan from the owner. No parking, nearest parking space is almost 500 mtr and need to walk through some private farm. No proper road. No light on the way if you go after evening.

Let me remind you that you have done booking from a reputed Portal and even though after going through all peculiar details about property (parking area, walking distance, Power cut, Power Backup, photos), you are here with your review which was expecting. Regarding No Proper Roads and road Lightings, you need to discuss the concern with City Panchayat Samiti, as this is not our concern. It was our duty to highlight all the small details about property online, by being a dignified property on portal, you are just exaggerating thing here eg.by stating the distance from road till property is just 50mtr, not 500mtr. We are Beach Properties and the backside road is the only convenient connectivity (all the properties here). We maintain all the possible way of sanitization, however by being moderate beach shacks(which you have expected a 3Star/7Star), we try to fulfill all wishes of the guests at utmost, it just you also need to be cooperative on the spot, rather than after checkout by being a complainant. Anyways do visit us again if you have any plans to spend a simple way of vacation with us.
Excellent place to relax
It's a good place to relax in beach and taste some good food over there. Good hospitality, friendly staffs, good food, but few were expensive and not that worthy enough to pay that much price and few were worthy n good too.

Given the tariff of the room, the quality of the stay was not up to the mark. They didn't even provide the essential amenities itself in the first place. The rooms were small with just a small bed (ps you can find centipede in their pillows. The bathroom were just satisfactory. Apart from a bed, pillow and tiny minuscule bath soap, you won't receive anything. The food prices are very high and doesn't go with the quality of the food provided. I would say, if you want to "see the sea" within the comfort of your place, choose other cafe or go a bit inside gokarna town and take a decent hotel.

Hey anita, thank you for your time to write about us. Its strange that instead of facing these concerns, and stayed with us for 2 days, you have not highlighted any issue to owners. Regarding amenities and room size, you have opt for the lowest tariff room, so you have got that only. Every room is 200 sqft sized, with balcony, and with spacious western washroom. Regarding toiletries, its a highlight before booking, that we don't provide any toiletries after covid scenario. You should carry your own stuffs. Regarding prices of the food items, it starts with 60- till 250. These are minimum cost (on whole beach, with the best taste reviewed by people, you should have at least afford that before coming for 2 nights stay. Raising concerns on the spot gonna help us out in better perspective. Anyways, thank you and do visit us again.
Terrible Stay
The rooms were not worth . That is without any food / blankets / toiletries etc. If you are coming by bike, be ready to pick your luggage and walk 150mts as there is no one to help in the property.

Hey Jupiter, Thank you for writing about us. We have already mentioned No Toiletries/Complementary food included in your tarrif, then too you were expecting , thats completely your concern. We have mentioned NO PARKING AND NO SERVICE BOY TILL PROPERTY, But you were expecting. Its hardly 7-8minutes walk direct from Road till Backside of Property, you should have contacted us if misguided in any sense. Do Visit with Good Mood someday here again!
Value for money stay
Though it was difficult to find out the premise, it’s very near to beach and peaceful. Food was superb

Good seaside property
This property is located on gokarna main beach, sea facing upscale shack, with rooms on back side. Reaching this property could be slightly tricky as there is no road. Park your car as per google map (on the street) and walk from the farms to reach this property. The ambience and view from the restaurant is awesome and the food is good. As per local government guidelines they do not provide hard drinks. Only beer is served. Am i and chinmoy (the caretakers) are very friendly and caring. They look after your comfort during stay and make their best efforts to provide you will all that is required. The rooms are good but there is scope for making it more better. They need to have more charging points. My room had only one and we had 6 phones plus camera to charge. Am i provided us with a spike but it would always be better to have more points in room. There are no water heaters in room so they provided us with heating coil. The purpose was served but a gyser would make things more comfortable. Overall we had a good stay for 2 nights. Family crowd can stay here but more good for friends or couples to stay.

Not worth the money!
It is a task to reach the property, especially after sunset!no ac, towels and toiletries were provided, except for a soap and a blanket! wifi was available but it wouldn’t reach our rooms and since it’s located near to the beach your phone data is almost dead/slow! there were ants crawling in the bathrooms and spiders/cobwebs under the bed, and dead insects at bed corners. The food was okay, location was good, since it’s at the beach, the staff was friendly but disappointed and not worth the price.

Regarding All the amenities and facilities, we have already mentioned, you should have read every peculiar details and notified highlight(even on your mail) regarding toiletries blankets. Our check in Timings are 11:00morning, after that we can assist you on call to reach destination, but wont be possible to pickup you from your misguided location. Regarding WiFi, this is a workstation for most of the adults, and they even sit on the beach, infront of entrance with their laptops, no idea how you failed to do so with even raising a single complaint about it once too, strange! We does room service twice a day for that you need to handover the room to us for 15 minutes, that you haven't done, thats why it was untidy. And if you were disappointed then you should have escalated the thing on that time to owners. Anyways, do surely visit someday again!
Average overall, great value only for location
Location was excellent. You are paying just for that. Food is expensive and tasteless. Property is not easy to reach, keep in mind if you have luggages. The surrounding is definitely nice. If you want good food check out neighbouring cafe (sunset cafe is one such place. Overall, it was a decent stay as long as you spend most of the time outdoors. Room size and facilities are insufficient and bathroom is plain horrible.

Worth the money
Brilliant host and amazing good. Value for money. Located at the beach a bit of task to reach from the back gate but an excellent location and friendly staff. Loved it hoping to visit again

Pathetic place and host
Terrible sad place to sad. Arrogant host. No road access to reach the place hence no parking facility (no support staff. Completely unhygienic place bedsheets and bathrooms. No toiletries provided. No sheets/quilts overall to say it's a pathetic place. Very disappointed with make trip to recommend such an unhygienic place. I had booked for 2 nights but i had to leave within a night stay. Hey snigdha, lmh to other viewers too, though we dont owe you for any explanation, you have arrived beyond the fixed arrival time for homestay, instead of mentioning every peculiar details (on mmt, right from the parking till arrival time till photographs of rooms, bathroom, even bed, even walls, you have not gone through any details before booking, and expecting a simple non ac beach shack as 7star hotel and demanded all unnecessarily services and all unethical demands, which are not in our terms and fought with owner host in the derogatory manners. As it was an intolerable attitude of yours, thats why being an owner, she have asked to remove you from the booked cottage, and took action instantly as your behaviour was affecting and disturbing to others guests too. Then too with courtesy, we allowed you to stay for whole night with us. Do visit us for sure and we will love to serve you again )
