Review Of Panchajanya Stay | Rooms & Caretaker

It’s was good experience and the house keeping and maintaince staff are so kind and the hospitality is good.

Stay was good , property is suitable for couple and family too , just walkable distance to beach and staf is friendly I enjoyed the stay

WiFi was not working, one of the rooms had cockroaches and leeches

The location is interior, cost is high

Rooms are neat and clean. Room size is big and can easily accommodate 4 adults. Property looks new. There are around 7 rooms in the property. Hot water on request basis (This should ve been improved). It's very near to beach. There is a restaurant around the property in 200 m, so no worries on food. Small shops also available nearby

Very good ambience and peaceful place. It's nearby and walkable to Dubbanshashi beach. Owners are good and provided breakfast as complimentary.

I felt happy staying here. Accessible to beach in 500 mtr. No food available here pols plan your meal and go if you are vegetarian. Non veg you can find few options near stay.

The stay was very average one. There are few stays which are slightly on higher side which you can book in prior. This place is bit far away from the main and has a beach near it which is average. Bed was uncomfortable and phone network was down and had no access to good restaurants also.

It was a nice stay with a good ambience and nature. Totally enjoyed. There is no food available at the premises but outside it's available and opposite to the stay we had a dinner it's good. Location is far from railway station accessible by auto / cab. Overall we enjoyed.

Comparatively it was fine. Looking at the remoteness of the locale. But overall it lacked coz of no availability of caretaker during the day. Nobody to host you. Also they need to manage pest. Pest is a huge issue. Flying ants to cockroaches also lizards. Caretaker was on cloud 9 almost daily at night also frequent power cuts and non working generator to add to your woes

Beach is nearby only 400 m but no proper network have to use wifi to call anyone. Rooms are clean and nice

Very disappointing stay.., first of all the hotel located in a remote area we cannot reach there easily..no shops or restaurants nearby , we reached at the hotel after 10 pm but nobody was there hotel gate was closed and they didn’t switch on the lights as well. After 15 minutes one care taker came., he was drunk. Toilet was pathetic, very dirty closet. We can’t stay during summer season as it is a Non AC room. The stay was very horrible. Paid above ₹1000 for this room. I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Nice rooms near to beach enjoyed for two days with beautiful location and support by caretaker excellent weather support

The priority outside ambiance only is good. Everything else is bad. 1. It's quite outside and hence you cannot get anything nearby. 2. The property does not have a dedicated restaurant nor a person who can make food. 3. There is one person, who cleans washrooms, who cooks, who does gardening and who does room service too. His behaviour is very very very bad. 4. Rooms are very bad. Washrooms were not clean at all. (sharing the photos too. 5. A lot of mosquitos are there. Mesh is there for windows and not for the main door. 6. You should have your own vehicle to go anywhere from this property and irik be very very congested roads.

Rooms are quite okay. The caretaker was helpful. The rooms were not cleaned every day. Breakfast service is not available. No nearby hotels. There is a pantry. They will serve upma, coffee, tea and maggi with additional charge.

Great experience with the service of mr. Sourabh and excellent taste of the breakfast served. Will recommend it to everyone
