The stay was very good and comforting. The stay has very good staff, good culture in stay, the places are very near from this stay. Totally the best experience in Gokarna with your stay

Photos is one thing and what we see there is another. This is the case with most of the hotels in Gokarna. Negatives: this is far off from usual places - roads are narrow, cleanliness of premises can be better - I understand it is facing the beach but that should not be an excuse to do regular cleaning. Positives: beach facing. Final verdict- if you don’t care about the stay and you are rather interested in the beach facing location, you can go. Keep expectations low

No hot water supply, we had to call every time for bucket of water, dirty maintenance only sand all over the cottage

It’s very difficult to walk on the sand to reach property especially midday when the sand is super hot Beachside view is available in the sitting area near the cafe Cleanliness and maintenance overall average rating would be my review

Very dirty Room and washroom is also dirty. Yellow stain on the bed sheet, no ventilationl lizard in the room, no clean less in washroom, water colour is yellow . Toilet seat also not clean

Best part about Ocean Breeze Cottage is it's location, as the property is right on the beach. It is a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Gokarna main beach, which is great if you don't want too much crowd around. Rooms are clean and the cafe provides great food options as well

Food was average, stay was good. Should’ve booked A/C room since it’s summer. Staff’s response were good. Peaceful place, 150meters from seashore

Good place to stay and good maintenance

first starting with, location of the property was super just opposite to beach, rate was reasonable, food was tasty although little bit expensive, but overall a good experience. don't keep much heavy luggage as it in in sea beach where sands are there trolley cannot go

Stay had no tv, no hygiene, insect at dinner area. Important no parking had to pay 300 rs for parking in private property need to walk around 150 mtr on sand to reach cottage

Room was good, only concern is parking. It's little far from the cottage and needs to carry the luggage
