Riversong Bliss Hostel and Rooms

It was a decent hostel. Room was fine but washroom can be improved. Cafe is great. It is around 2km to the beach.

Rooms were spacious and clean. food was awesome and the location is the best a hostel can have

I really liked the whole route to get here and service too . It's a place I can easily recommend , the cafe and the stay are located by the river and is a highlight according to me . The stay was clean and I personally didn't have any complaints about it . However I just was a bit hesitant about plugging in anything to the sockets as there was a very bad voltage fluctuation almost all the time . Overall it's a great place with some nice food served at the cafes . PS: they have indoor games too

Loved My Stay at Riversong Bliss! Amazing hospitality, peaceful riverside vibes, and a great location near South Goa’s best beaches. The open café, clean rooms, and fun activities like boating, fishing, and art workshops made it super special. Big thanks to Gaurav for being so kind and helpful throughout our trip. Location is amazing even the rooms are mind blowing, budget friendly, they have there inhouse cafe just beside a river our experience was too good and even staff are supportive. We did a kayaking here with no crowd

No ceiling fan, instead they are using noisy wall fans, water flow is very slow, geyser not working

The stay was right next to a river, the evening hangouts were fun and cozy, the room that we stayed in, though was a bit small for 6 people but it was cozy. Overall a great experience in all.

Inadequate Support: A manager named Abhishek offered us a nearly empty mosquito repellent spray, and another staff member, Abir, intervened to stop him from providing even that. *Poor Room Maintenance: Not Worth the Stay* 1. Lack of Basic Amenities: • No mirror in the room, which is a basic necessity. • Fans were non-functional, and the management didn’t bother to repair them despite multiple complaints. 2. Uncomfortable Stay: • The room was swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep after a tiring day. 3. Substandard Non-AC Toilet: • The toilet felt like a makeshift arrangement, constructed with cement sheets and topped with a metal roof (patra), which was both unappealing and impractical. 4. Rude and Unhelpful Staff: • The staff was not only impolite but outright dismissive of guest needs. They declined to assist with even basic requests, like providing a toothpick. This property severely fails to meet expectations set by social media, and the poor service, maintenance, and unprofessional behavior from the staff only add to the disappointment. I would strongly advise against visiting or staying here.

Excellent experience helpful nature very clean room

So the host is sweet. The beds are comfortable. Their barista makes a killer coffee. The view from their lounge is absolutely amazing. Sanitation+hygiene is also well maintained.

I recently stayed at this property and was quite disappointed with the facility . The dormitory I stayed in had 12 bunk beds, accommodating a large number of guests, but only one common washroom in a very compact space. This setup was highly inconvenient, especially during peak hours when everyone needed to use the facilities. The washroom itself was not well-maintained, with cleanliness being a major issue and caretakers and others at the property also using it for their needs. I’ve added a photo where you can see water on surface from the washroom and going in front from the rooms. Luggage safety is important when you are sharing the space. While there are cabinets in room, when asked for the locker, caretaker had to go to the market to buy them and he did he very lethargically knowing we have plans. I had to wait for him for almost an hour and when returned he asked for extra charges for the lock. There is no ventilation in the dorm. Additionally, the property is located in a very remote area, making it difficult to access basic amenities and transportation was a major issue. We could not get anything to reach the property and had to hitchhike or walk. While the surrounding nature is beautiful, the isolation added to the inconvenience, especially when trying to find alternative places to freshen up or dine. Overall, the combination of inadequate washroom facilities and the remote location made my stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope the management takes these issues into consideration and makes necessary improvements.

Clean room and washroom, close to talpona beach.

A perfect stop for solo traveler’s with serene river view providing definite experience for slow living. With supportive staff and consistent creative activities, my vacation was fulfilling. Totally it is a budget friendly yet a luxury lifestyle stay any day. Feels like a little paradise which i would love to keep visiting.

Rooms were nice location was nice ambiance was great. Hot water was not that much hot. Drinking water was available at reception only.

Pros: the hotel room was neat and clean as it was new, very well decorated. The hotel was away from caos and river in front of the river. The host was very polite. Cons: dont expect anything to eat or drink from the attached restraunt. I think it is there just for the sake of completion. Asked 4 times in a day for coffee and brunch. Every-time i got an excuse. But there is a good restraunt "zest" nearby. A little more far what google shows because you have to take a big u turn
