Nice property specially the Thai cottage. Breakfast is ok but swmming pool is nice. Staff is good. And location is great

Location great. Food below average, amenities what’s that, service good. Thai cottages are good. 4 star just for Thai cottage

Terrible Stay
The rooms were comfortable but too many mosquitoes. I asked them for hot water to drink and they gave me boiling water which burnt my mouth so badly that I am on antibiotics now

Excellent Stay
Mango hill resort was a very pleasant and a recommended resort. They have a brilliant pool and loads of greenery the rooms are very spacious and the food in the resort is very good too. They did provide a very decent breakfast with the variety and available food options. We went there as a family and enjoyed the property. I will surely recommend this property to others planning to visit pondicherry. . . .

Location is good, the property is under renovation, looking very old. Bathtub in bathroom is cracked and towels are very old and dirty.

I paid 10k for the thai cottage. I think it's not worth it for the cost. Overall the stay is good and had a decent complimentary breakfast. The swimming pool was neat and clean. But for the price it is not upto the mark

swimming pool and power backup was good food also nice room bed sheets are not clean and very poor internet 🛜 is not working properly less hygiene

familyIt was a good stay during recent floods. Swimming pool was closed and wifi was down due to this. However the staff were courteous and really hospitable people.

Nice place for stay
Resort is good for family stay in affordable price. Staff are good and ambiance is nice. We have enjoyed a lot with my family. I want to give one suggestion for swimming pool that if you are going with kids please take extra care as there is no bifurcation between kids and adult section. Sudden depth is there after kids section that can be misjudged.

My feedback: the rating is 3 (average) the price which is paid was exorbitant as far as facilities are concerned. There breakfast starts at 8 am which is unusual. I was supposed to go for meditation at maitrimandir, so i mentioned to staff to keep some food for me as the restaurant was not open till 7:50am and i was supposed to return by 11:30am, despite the captain named shiva said we don’t keep food. Which was totally disrespectful. I was in chalet no. 30, which was old and average.

groupThe property is visually appealing, but it only has two proper floors. The superior rooms are located on the third floor, which feels more like a rooftop with tin roofing, giving it a rustic, village-like atmosphere. The food quality was disappointing, with breakfast being the only meal that was satisfactory. Room service was slow and below expectations. The property is located outside pondicherry, and overall, the stay was just average. However, the live music on saturday was enjoyable.

Strictly not recommended, don't waste your money
coupleReally very bad experience. I hv booked suite room for 2 nights room was horrible, very unhygienic, toilet was moreover looks-alike a public toilet everything was broken inside staff- 0/5 not at all responsive dinning experience - worst they ll not at all listen to you and most of the dishes are not available. I strictly recommend not to visit they charge very huge amount but failed to give basic services also really horrible experience
