The location of the property was good but the facilities were very bad. Because the WiFi was not working. The bedsheet was very bad. Many facilities were not present as shown online. The main thing is that even the bath towel was in bad condition.

Very good location, situated on main road Anjuna, close to beach and Anjuna market. I am very much impressed by the owner’s behaviour, room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Got on good deal on make my trip.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue we faced during our recent check-in at your property. Our family of 8 members, including 2 children, had to wait for an hour in the reception area as our room was not ready at the time of our arrival. Additionally, we had hired a cab on an hourly basis, and due to the delay, we incurred extra charges for the driver’s waiting time. This was an inconvenience to us and impacted our travel schedule.

Good budget stay. Room service etc not quite available. But the staff tries to help with whatever possible.

Worst experience, unhygienic, dirty bedsheet, pillows cover, very dirty toilets. Very rude staff. Room not cleaned at all, on request they said only one person allocated for cleaning. No water provided for drink. No hot water. On second day no housekeeping provided. No hot water in morning. Waste of all money and time. Horrible experience.

The hotel room was so good and well maintained in the affordable price to stay with my family... And the staff boy was so helpful & supportive... Overall it was a good stay at mamata courtyards house.... Thanks a lot make my trip

Recently had an awesome stay at your hotel, and i just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely amazing - they were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From the moment i arrived, i felt like i was in good hands. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience - i will definitely be back in the future!

location of property is good...but most of the time they have electricity issues....and pictures are totally different thn the exact room

The rooms were not clean. Washroom was dirty. There were bugs in the blankets.

There is no food in the hotel.

The location is good, near anjuna beach. Property is not as clean as shown, don't be fooled! budget rooms, utterly unhygienic, i'm certain they don't even clean the rooms after checkouts(carry your towels+pillow cases, blanket if you have to stay here for some reason) budget rooms and you'll be reminded of it every five minutes subtly. There is no thing as "customer service" here. Wifi doesn't work, in room services/housekeeping is a joke! i dare you to ask for an empty glass and get one! got 2 tiny water bottles delivered in the room after calling them several times after 1 and a half hour of checking in the room. Key to staying here, expect nothing and stay out most of the time!

Worst property first i paid extra while booking for tv but on check in the property owner said i give that room to somebody else by mistake electricity problem was all the time one day at night i sleep without electricity and for water they are saying you have buy from outside that is not acceptable and always says no to cleaning our stay for 5 days they give a cleaning on one day and not even properly

Clean and fantastic room at that price good parking lot.
