Review Of MAIREAD

I booked the room with including breakfast. But nobody served the breakfast. Dirty room. Worst stay i ever had.

good hotel as per price segment. service was better delivered. The staff behavior was so polite.

Stayed at MAIREAD in Vasai East and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, service was quick, and it's a great option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay. However, there was one issue that made the stay slightly uncomfortable – every 2 to 3 hours, the staff kept checking in and asking if we were planning to check out. This was despite the fact that we had booked the room online for a full 24-hour stay. When we asked about it, we were told that many couples only book for 2-hour slots, which is why they kept confirming. While I understand their concern, I believe the hotel should respect the full duration of an online booking, especially when guests are staying with their spouses.

hi.. my room no was 219 on second floor and i stayed here for one week and the room was so clean and hygiene. staff behavior is also good. this hotel is good for couples.

Overall the stay was satisfactory however the rooms were untidy and was not cleaned The housekeeping staff was not able to provide towels, AC remotes, room freshner and normal services The intercom was also not working The food was ok to eat Would not recommend others to stay

I have had mixed experience, cleanliness is not good at bathrooms. The restaurant food is good. No big issues. With that price range this is good.

The room was very nice.All the facilities were still good. The behaviour of the staff was good. Before giving the room, cleanliness should be checked. The room lacked some cleanliness. Overall experience was good!

Lot of mosquitos were three. Room was not cleaned before we checked in. Staff were good. Overall experience was ok.

Room candition and facilities very poor

i travel with my family and kids. there were no tv in the room and worst service in hotel. i have never got atleast tea in this property. water is also overcharge

Tv not working. Intercom not working. No proper cleaning. No breakfast available till 11 am. Also they brim g foods from outside shops even-though they have kitchen.

Terrible experience. Rude staff. Dirty cushion covers bedsheet n all. Not receiving any call. Not to respond for any help. Overall it's very bad experience

So the hotel was decent but the bedsheet wrapped on the bed of the hotel room had ants on it that too red one and too many so i think hygiene and cleaning needs to be improved to a great extent

Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very supportive and ready to serve you. It’s having ample car parking space so i need not to bother to park my suv. Access is also very convenient.
