Really a good experience, it's feel like you stay in Haveli room. Pure aroma and music keep you reminding the same. firstly during the booking I read some reviews But faltu traveler are all around, who never satisfied by anything. Go with your friends and family, you definitely enjoy the Heritage hotel.

Average hotel to stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room service was terrible; morning tea was consistently late because the cook arrived late every day. On top of that, half of the items on the menu were unavailable, leaving us with very few options. The overall service was below average, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

businessI had taken their suite room, with 8k charges, to be honest, from service to the upkeep of the room is at best what you get in a hotel which is under 3 stars. Broken toilet, dirty and dusty throughout, unclean sheets and stained walls.

Khandala hotel review
Centrally located with a old world charm, not very expansive in scale but meets expectations. Polite & helpful staff with a standard breakfast which can fill a king.

Smelly washrooms.
The hotel was not clean as it shows in pictures. Washroom stinks, hard to breathe in there. We asked for 1 day refund as it said in the booking that if we not satisfied. But they refused to refund. Big puddle of dirty water upon entry. No screens on windows.

Not up to the standards of a 3 star. Every basic thing we ask is either chargeable or denied. The staff are very stubborn and rude.

1 star because i can't give anything less than tha
The rooms were small. There were no toiletries. No laundry. No shampoo even on paid basis. The dining area is pathetic and anyday i would prefer a 2 star hotel because they would still provide better services than this. They were not even answering reception calls. The only good thing about this hotel is just the view of the hotel when u stand outside of the hotel else i very-thing is pathetic. I have paid 2 days of stay in advance and i just left the hotel in 1 day because of such a tremendous level of service and cleanliness they provide at the hotel
