Room was good, but wash was little unteady and breakfast was also not included. Honestly not felt like value for money

Room not maintained
Location was good, however the Rooms were not upto the mark. Bathroom were not maintained. The floor seems not to be cleaned, had to complain regard bed sheet and then it was changed. May be the hotel were old, but at least the mgmt has to has to maintain the property. The restaurant Tangerine was really good the breakfast and the service was upto the mark.

3rd class service
Absolutely 3rd class service from the management. It took them more than an hour to deliver the water bottle and towels from the room service. The AC was working properly it automatically turned off in the night. Lol they actually charged for the ice cubes. If you’re looking for a hotel with good service definitely this is not the one.

They are providing some expensive ,I felt that ,they put some dry fruits and chips and drinks In my room I thought those things was complementary ,and there is no mentioned that would be chargeable the time of checkout they ask me for 2600 rs I ask for what ,they said the things you have used in the room ,I totally shocked they are selling there products in hotel,for a hotel reputation this would be bad for ever ,if guest ask then they have to provide ,so that is my badest experience in this hotel
