Every thing was good, staff very good & humble, food was good. Only thing hurting was room ambiance, door lock very old type, switches old, wash basin was Brocken need to replace & change immediately. Such things affect image of Brand Lemon Tree

Pleasant Experience from Check-In to Check-Out
I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was smooth—even though the room wasn’t quite ready at first, the staff handled it so efficiently. They politely asked me to wait just a couple of minutes and then surprised me with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and checkout was just as hassle-free. Overall, a pleasant experience with courteous service and a comfortable stay.

Poor Stay
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to lack of cleanliness, frequent and disruptive power cuts, and severely underperforming in-room amenities. The room felt unhygienic, the television was almost unusable, and the air conditioning was notably inefficient, all of which significantly detracted from my comfort and overall experience.

Not a great experience of hospitality from this 18 years old hotel property and staff. You don’t feel like staying in a branded hotel.

Services were good but the amenities can be upgraded like door locking systems, free high speed wifi(slow speed is free), etc

Excellent Stay
(1)The location was Good and very reachable from the metro station and Bus stand (2)Staff was very cooperative and highly Customers choice on reception . (3) Nearby a good Shopping centre and food court. (4) The hotel is excellent but the waiting time was too long to receive a room!!
