The area is great for walks in the morning and evenings. There are restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The property is in the heart of Chennai but without the noise. The location is wonderful and the apartment is quite spacious. The property is well located and quite spacious for a large group or even a family.

The house is a great place to stay both short and longer periods. The maid comes every day to do basic cleaning. The property is one of the more clean places in Chennai. Chak is so prompt with his responses and really helpful. Chak was lightning quick with his responses and was very communicative. Mr. Chak's place was wonderful and he was readily available to answer questions and deal with any issues that came up.
