The area is great for walks in the morning and evenings. There are restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The property is in the heart of Chennai but without the noise. The location is wonderful and the apartment is quite spacious. The property is well located and quite spacious for a large group or even a family.

  The property is very clean and well maintained. The accommodation is very spacious and the facilities in the apartment are very good. The house is a great place to stay both short and longer periods. The maid comes every day to do basic cleaning. The property is one of the more clean places in Chennai. The flat was spacious and in a central location so travel was not an issue. The property was very clean and had all basic amenities.

  The property has good amenities and is very functional. The washing machine was super helpful as we stayed there for 3 weeks. The apartment is huge by Indian standards and has plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The flat requires some TLC but has some basic amenities. The property was very clean and had all basic amenities.

  The host is excellent and very accommodating. Chak has been very accommodating and his staffs Devi Arumugam and Syed were very nice and happy to help with your requests. Chak is so prompt with his responses and really helpful. Chak was lightning quick with his responses and was very communicative. Mr. Chak's place was wonderful and he was readily available to answer questions and deal with any issues that came up.

  The check-in and checkout experience is smooth and hassle-free just as it should be for travelers. The entire process of check-in and checkout was hassle-free. The host was very responsive and the check-in process was smooth.
