we loved it
We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms: Room is spacious and good with all amenities. There is a games room with snooker, carrom board, Foosball and board games that both adults and kids will enjoy very much. There is Karaoke arrangement that music lovers can leverage and enjoy as well. Service: I would especially mention about the service. The entire hotel crew and management/owner were very humble and helpful. They were courteous and welcoming on everything. They felt us home with "Atithi Deva bhabo" mindset. Location: This place is located in midst of a tea garden with great scenic views around. You will wake up in the morning with view of refreshing greenery. The place is about 30 kilometers away from Munnar city center and hence, free from all hustle and bustle. You can visit Munnar and other nearby tourist attraction/ site seeing from here. Food: Food was delicious. We enjoyed it very much.

Worst stay
Worst stay in my life. Went with family. Please don’t even think to go lumino. Name is very attractive but the service is worst. They said they will provide breakfast and charged 1350 & we were taken to a nearby restaurant. We stayed for one day.

Our housekeeping team conducted a thorough search of the room after your call, and unfortunately, we did not find any chargers. Poor Stay
Bed covers and bed sheets that were already used were provided. They were not at all clean. Toiletries were not provided (only soap and brush was available. Breakfast was pathetic. Milk powder, coffee powder and cups were not available in the room. The room had no a/c. Hot water facility for bathroom were not functioning. Though we had paid for additional bed, the same was not provided. Car parking facility is not available.

Service
Bed sheets are not clean stains on the bedsheet. And we haven't got the breakfast. Ther was a proper electricity. Too many times power cut. Totally bad experience.

Nice place to stay with family. Good ambiance with small budget. There is no place for activities like bbq.

Excellent Stay
The stay was really comfortable. The staff were polite and very much helpful. I recommend this stay if want to have a quiet stay surrounded by beautiful tea estate.

Excellent property with below average housekeeping
The location is serene. The rooms are well appointed and the staff very helpful though not professional. The pillow covers were having stains and marks and so was the other linen.

Scenic room away from the city
