Resort is 15km away from munnar town.Stay was nice.The view from the balcony is very beautiful and the food was also pretty decent.There is a waterfall behind the resort and it is a must visit spot.

Troubled overnight stay in hotel and promise not to come again
Suffered from extreme discomfort with family. There is no other facility in 3 star ✨ hotel except hot water. Transportation is very difficult. There is no tea or snack facility within 5-7 Km. Hotel charge is tremendous high than facilities.

Sir, thank you for your comments. We always welcome comments and suggestions for our improvements. We are very sorry for the difficulties faced by you in getting food even though our staff arrange outside food whenever required. Ours is a new property. We are starting in house food supply soon. Our rates are reasonable in comparison to similar properties in munnar area and having all facilities. It is not known what is missing other than in house food
hotel location is very complicated food not available
Hotel is in very remote location and food is not available is you want food you should go 5 to 6 km far from hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner

Sir, thank you for your valuable suggestions and comments. Location of the cascade is selected away from rush and chaos of town, near a beautiful water fall by the side of a river, amid cardamom plantation. The resort is recently opened and food supply will be started shortly.

Sir, thank you for your valuable comments. Location of the cascade is willfully chosen away from the rush of town near a beautiful waterfall by the side of most important river of munnar (muthirappuzhayar, amid cardamom plantation.
Over all an okay type of experience
Room was good. But it's not cleaned on daily basis. Towels and soap etc not provided daily. It's very far from munnar town and approach road will be dangerous for outsiders but later we get used to it. Be careful if u r self driving. Main drawback there is no food available. We have to manage food by driving down to restaurants quite far or ask hotel staff to arrange but they do not buy food rather arrange local transport for us to go to restaurants

Sir/madam, thank you very much for your valuable comments. Cleaning is done on daily basis provided the guests are handing over room key to the hotel staff and the guest is permitting our staff to enter the room. We don't have any problem in cleaning rooms any number of times, if guest demands, and replacing bed sheets, pillow covers blanket covers, soaps etc on daily basis. Location of the cascade is carefully selected away from the town, near a beautiful water fall by the side of a river, amid cardamom plantation. The resort is recently opened and food supply will be started shortly. During your stay, hill highway construction work was in progress and forced to come via a small road. The road work is almost completed now.

The road works, as part of hill highway construction, was in progress during your visit which is almost completed now. We apologize for the difficulty you faced on bad roads
