We have done booking at 3 o'clock and we tried to call this hotel people. The numbers which were given not even bother to answer customer calls. After keep on trying for a week, we try to call at 5 PM from another number. They try to pick up the call and the location which was there, Hotel person moved us to a different hotel saying that the hotel which you have booked is having some technical problem.

If you are planning to stay at this hotel, there’s a strict no from my side. As it lacks all basic necessities such as room service, tv, bed sheets, drinking water. All guys here are rude and don’t care about their guests. While mr. Ravi is one of the cheapest person i have ever met, and then fighting with guests. All fake in short.
First of all the the location and the actual hotel is totally different. During the booking process images shown and the actual hotel is way different. 1. No pool 2. No room service 3. Lacks basic nesicities such as tv and drinking water. During the day of check-in they had a big fight with us regarding the booking as they tried to sell our to others for a hefty price. The guy called mr. Ravi is quite rude and arrogant didn’t utter to hear a single word just suggested us to cancel l the room and get refund.. Lacked on basic things like bath towels, bed sheets, room service, tv, drinking water. I suggest not to book a room at this hotel. A strict no-no.
