Review Of Liberty Hotel

Room was too smell. No toiletries. Not even drinking water available area/ location is not good.⅘. overall experience was very poor

First things first, the staff was kind and amicable. I've got absolutely no complaints for them. But, the place is too shabby for being priced so high. Almost a claustrophobia evoking space. Also, it's good for only bachelors. I understand that it's nearby csmt, probably the reason for such an unusual pricing. But if i am to pay 2k for a room, i expect at least a decent room with proper spacing, amenities, and in good condition.

Filthy, worms everywhere. Old dilapidated furniture. I had another booking from 17th. Only for one night i wanted to stay. I think mmt should not allow this type of hotels to get a chance in their portal.

Very little space available cant even accommodate two people in one room no ac available no wifi available no space for parking they will take less money but this hotel is not even worthy of getting that small amount of money from common people please think before u book room in this hotel

So pure booked and paid for dubbel bed room after reaching there at night 12 for check in the hotel person is saying they don't have dibble bed room available they have 4 bed bunkers like zostel one and that's staff behaviour was too rude i had pathetic experience here

The steps were very high and room was so small and conjusted the stay was difficult if you climb to 4 storey

Close to csmt, a good place to stay. The staff are very cordial and friendly. Dormitory is also available for students and solo travellers for rs. per night

The rooms were way too small. Found many bed bugs in the room that were biting us overnight. Cleaning was not good. No lift, if you want a double bedroom, then you have to go to the third or above floors by stairs only.

Make my trip experience is terrible. 2400 rupees are waste

Solo staying this is best place. Very small room & no tv wifi not available, public bathroom & toilets. But this is a best place only for peaceful sleeping and walkable distance from visiting spots like gate way of india & nariman point beach. One of the budget friendly hotel in this area. And it's located just 1. 5 km from mumbai cs-mt station.

Room was hot due to hot climate room was not cleaned and not fresh washroom was not cleaned properly poor experience

Not clean , very bad smelling in the room as well hotel, very poor, no towels, no soap shampoos, no Breakfast , it’s very horrible experience, Even no TV , lizard insects etc….

Hotel is best but he taking some extra money and saying room is not available and you give some extra money and i take you room and he is taking me in 250 rs extra it was sad story if these hotel

Why check out time is different. Why my checkout time is not the same. When i book my hotel then the checkout time shows 12'o' clock and makemytrip sent invoice checkout time different why?

not so ok room sir..... 👎👎. sir... this hotel is not so good looking room.. and room is very small... like a cabin... and attach toilet/bathroom is also small.... no sir... thanks a lot 👍

The worst bedroom ! no proper charging socket and worst room condition! we indians cons-eider guests as god but these ppl treated us like strangers a big bathroom issue as there is no bathroom in the room not worth it

no one can say. guest house is there instead of hotel. with no facilities whole night spend on domntry bed.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, but i was not able to stay there more than 12 hours as the rooms were very small and my air-tel net is not working in till the 3rd floor, every-time i need internet, i needed to go upstairs beside the window. Though it was clean and hygienic but not for official stay

The washrooms were unhygienic, filthy. Couldn't sleep at night because of mosquitoes and noisy neighbours. Doesn't seem to be worth the price.
