I STAYED NOT FOR LONGER PERIOD REACHED HERE 10 PM LEFT 9 AM I WENT TO MUMBAI FOR ADMISSION OF MY SON IN COLLEGE. THIS IS NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR STAY. THERE IS NO LIFT NO PURE DRINKING WATER SUFFOCATION IS THERE IN THE DORMATORY. I WAS SURPRICED WHEN IN MORNING I WENT FOR POTTY THERE WAS NOT WATER SUPPLY. STAFF WORKING HERE HAVE RUDE BEHAVIOR. THEY START AC AT AROUND 10 PM ONLY.. AT NIGHT I WAS FEELING ASTHMATIC PROBLEM THE STAFF DID NOT UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM. THERE WAS DARK IN THE DORMATORY. INSTEAD OF HELPING ME TO OPEN MY BAG TO ENABLE ME TO USE MEDICINE.. THE PERSON TOLD ME THERE OTHER TRAVELLERS MAY HAVE PROBLEM DUE TO SWICH ON OF LIGHT. VERY PATHATIC SITUATION THERE. EVEN THE DORMATRY BADS ARE TIDY CONDITION. SO I SUGGEST NOT TO GO THIS DORMATORY..

just an average dorm. it is on the 4 th floor. be prepared with the cardio. An ac only starts at night.

It was an unsatisfied experience. It holds the name 'onestep', but u have to climb exactly 105 steps to reach there. No lift. Air conditioning is only to show. Its leaking water spills near the bed. No cleanliness. Very congested. suffocating. No hot water for bath. Reception is not courteous. Do not stay there at all.

While the restroom was impeccably clean and well-maintained, the overall experience was thoroughly disappointing.

Location is very good just behind hotel taj, toilet and washroom is clean. Staff is supportive. Affordable for price.

This location was good. It's very close to gate of india & hotel taj. Bad availability okay for one person. It can be use only for solo travelers. Hygiene is okay.
