The room was very small and uncomfortable. The staff were unfriendly, which made the experience worse. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the hotel didn’t even have a lift facility. Definitely disappointing.

1-Breakfast in room with limited quantity only one item.. 2- No Lift service.. 3-Full smell in corridor passage of cigarettes & Alcohol.. 4- Bar attach fully nuisance with too much smell.. 5- Not for family to stay.. 6- Poor room service if you book with online app..

Not good experience, Room provided was not as booked,small rooms given. AC not working good.. Not good ambience..

Room was too small. Internet was not properly working.

Hotel doesn't have any lift and no dental kit provided. Hotel overall aura is not good. Ac doesn't work good and they have automatic fragrance spray machine in room which keep on spraying every now and then due to which sometimes it feels over fragmented.

Cost and amenities doesn't match at all. Too small room and hot water not available. At this price any 3 star hotel can give best service

Location is great. Room cleanliness is excellent. Behavior at reception of bhagyashree is excellent. I will recommend it value for money stay. Reception is small and to reach reception is also not good but still i will say it is excellent to stay.

Slightly bigger rooms needed. Good food and good staff. Location is also fine. Solo travellers can opt for this accommodation

Good staff, good menu options. Rooms are slightly smaller for team gatherings, for individuals it is fine.

In the two rooms i booked. 24 hour hot water supply was promised but apparently it was working only for limited time in morning. In one room, the key access card machine was faulty and it did not turn on electricity. This led to headache because we had to call help and then he fixed it but it was temporary only.

Pathetic hotel and very very very poorly kept rooms. I stayed in both the deluxe and semi deluxe room as i was visiting for a friend’s wedding. Starting with the semi deluxe room, the room is tiny and doesn’t look like photos. Additionally the bedsheet and pillow covers were of terrible quality for a 3 star. Also they gave us used blankets that smelt of other people’s sweat literally. I asked them to change the blanket which they did. Then we moved to the deluxe room which had the same condition. They don’t wash the bedsheets and blanket covers after every use and they reuse them which is so unhygienic. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a decent stay.

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, the staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is good. Reception is best. Food is good. Ground staff is senseless. Nobody helps to carry luggage and still asks for tips.

Neat and clean property. Easy accessibility to eateries and kalyan junction. The staff is polite and understanding.

Great hotel. Great service. Extremely clean. Staff was very helping. Overall a great experience. Rooms could have been a bit bigger, rest everything on point

1. The room & bathroom are quite good. 2. If you had chosen with breakfast then it may some what problem for customer, as they don't have option to go in any restaurant and have the breakfast, they will bring the breakfast in the room and customer have only 1 option to choose the breakfast, any 1 item (poha, upma, alo paratha, bread butter/jam) with 1 cup of tea. 3. Doesn't have an elevator (lift. 4. The helpers don't carry your luggage. 5. For a few minutes, there's an issue with power cuts. 6. Wifi doesn't support it.

Location is good as my office was close by but from ahmedabad mostly people will travel and reach kalyan/mumbai early in the morning but the hotel has 12 noon as check in and charged heavy extra charges for early check in. There is no lift and food is very costly. Bathroom was good and hot water was there. Room is small. There is a bar downstairs. Very close to durgadi circle a prominent drop off point bed is comfortable

Its not worth it, they are giving shitty towels, in blanket there is lot of hairs, cream which they provide you is very smelly. Absolutely not worth it
