Girija Payyade Hotel

I had a very bad experience during my stay today. The room was stinking and poorly maintained. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. I was travelling with my family, including a senior citizen, a child, and three adult females — yet the staff showed no courtesy or professionalism. When we raised a complaint about the condition of the room, instead of resolving the issue, they started threatening us. This place is absolutely unsafe and not at all suitable for families. I strongly advise everyone not to visit this property, especially if you’re travelling with family

It was a good stay, room size was okay for a couple. No restaurant services are available.

Good service , but too much noise in this place ,so it may be effective for your work. It's not an silence place

Room provided is small for 3 persons, also no bed provided for 3rd person only mattress provided. We had to book for 2 days because of the hotel policy, we stayed only 4:15AM to 10 PM on 14th April. The sink outlet in the bathroom is leaking, even though we complained they didn’t fix it. Even water bottle is charged.

hotel rooms are very good, it seems it is renovated recently. good deal for the money you spend. rooms are very well lit and hygienic, staff is cooperative. 🙂

The stay was good but the staffs seemed unprofessional, there is no food available but somehow they have contact with other restaurants but they charged cash without informing on prior (night manager)

The cleanliness was good. The rooms were hygienic. Service was also good. Hotel location is also nearby railway station so, its suitable to business travellers.

We stayed there as couple only for a night. Strategically located very near to the station, also has place for parking. We had booked a ac double room which was ready on our arrival late evening. Although it is budget hotel, cleanliness was good, team was polite. We got hot water early morning before checkout (instant water heater in bathroom. We had dinner outside at nearby restaurant and left early morning before breakfast. Looks like hotel is mainly used by people traveling for work with moderate budget but that didn't cause any nuisance to us. Overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay.

Lot of disturbance during day time due to renovation work. Layers of dust all over the place. Had to wear mask throughout the stay to avoid dust.

Location is good. Food was not there. Very congested room. No ventilation in toilets (attached bathroom. Despite of empty room. They have not provided early checking

Lack of cleaning in room, there is no hot water kettle in room neither any arrangement of tea and coffee in morning. It’s not a good stay. Looking like a dharamshala.
