Poor Experience - No PVT. Parking,, Park on Higway at Your own Risk

The hotel is not having own parking. I booked hotel by applying parking filter and also checked amenities mentioned including parking on hotel page. Hotel owner said that you have to park your car on road where heavy traffic was passing. There was huge risk on theft, damage, and tow-away by authorities for unauthorized parking. Hence, I decided to not stay at property. I do not went inside hotel and not made check-in. I moved to other property from outside of hotel. I have paid in advance for this booking and further I have to pay for booking at other property. This is a very poor experience. I request for full REFUND of money.

There was a strong smell of moisture, which was so irritating. All my luggage got this smell and cannot get rid of that smell for 2 days, food was not that much good.

My friend was getting married and this was the nearest hotel that had room available in it so i booked it for me and my husband. In photos it looked decent. And we just needed this place to sleep and go back to the wedding. It was horrible experience the room looked clean but it wasn't the pillows were too dirty inside the cover ( dark brown ) the bedsheet and blanket were smelling like paan masala we ordered tea in the evening and didn't return the cup till morning. In the morning two cockroaches were swimming in the cup on the bed side table and small size cockroaches were in the bathroom and the worst part at the time of checkout one of my relatives came with me to help me pack my bags the staff was drunk it was 5am in the morning and he didn't let her go in my room he said only couples are allowed in the room over all it was a very bad experience

The hotel is located on the main road and not so far away from the station the manager is a very decent guy however too proud. The room is clean and neat but small. The breakfast was the worst, between 2 adult and 1 infant we were given 1 plate idli and one plate medu vada and 2 cups of tea and they said the price you have paid does not include a full breakfast.
