Perfect stay for both family and couples excellent quality of food and courteous staff, hygiene is maintained

it was really unsatisfactory. i went there for staycation and a relaxing weekend. but overall experience was terrible. water in the pool was very dirty. they've charged alot but didn't even provide toothbrush,paste and even conditioner. we've to make a call for water supply in washroom. tap fallen down as i touched it. ac remote was not working. almost double charge of softdrink claiming it service charge. 👎 food and tea were good👍 room was clean👍

Hopeless place, basically it's equivalent to a roadside lodge nowhere near to a 3 star hotel/ resort as shown. Dirty unhygienic. Neither any ambience nor any quality.

The staff was very good and helpful specially the manager/reception ladystaff cared for visitors a lot during the staythey make sure you are comfortable and happyfood was good

Other than swimming pool nothing is there, just for room stay.

Very horrible experience. Very bad quality food. Highly rated. Having no any facilities. Intercom Dead generator not working.

Air conditioner was so noisy, couldn't sleep . Also alcohol license got cancelled so no hard drinks available. Restaurant service was quite slow. Food taste was average. Staff was polite and courteous and room service quite fast. Overall average experience.

Stay was OK. Food was not up to the mark which I ate o my earlier stay. Hope it will be good next time

It was a very good experience. Nice place for family. Drinks are not allowed which keeps a lot of unwanted crowd out. Which is good for family and couple. Food quality was good. Rooms where clean

The awesome location with awesome pool. Food was good and service was good. You can plan for your family trip here. Prices are value for money. Location wise it is best for family outing. Food has limited options but available options are delicious.

Awesome amenities. Rooms near pool side are just awesome fantastic view. Cleanliness and hygine is proper and the stay there is just fabulous have been visited there three times and the pool is very clean

Rooms are clean, food need to be little better, room services are quick and very kind. Pool is clean, got good welcome at entrance. It was dry day so no booze was available, Rest all was nice, Not more to add up.

Worst resort, nothing for enjoyment. Highly paid superior room, doesn't look even standard ones. No peace, full time loud music, audible in rooms too. No lights outside at evening time. Very unclean brown water in bathroom. Good pool but high chlorine water in swimming pool. Geyser was fitted without outlet pipe. See pics. Indoor games were unavailable as birthday party was going on. Wasted all money and time. Please never visit it, I am writing these reviews with frustration from resort room only. Not liable for one star also. Resort and restaurant is charging GST on MRP also. I have paid MRP + GST for water bottle and when I asked for it, they said this is how it works here.

Not right place for couple. Normal for group but not up to mark. It's very far away from station. Not a pleasing place. The roadway condition is very bad. Staff are not Clean and cleanliness is bad. People behaviour to women are not so good. Only median resort to hangout with friends only.

Good service and experience nice place peaceful atmosphere but location is so far so it's fine overall experience is good and food is also nice and great thankyou for good service next time I will visit with family.

Room was nice. Service was also up-to date. Food quality very good and fast. Good hotel for one day enjoyment. Over night is boring as there is nothing to roam around. We ordered chicken lolly pop, chicken rara for lunch which was fantastic in taste. So we ordered again in dinner lollipop which was flop.. Also I ordered Dal khichadi in dinner in which there was only daal, and very less rice. Food taste was overall good. Very good for group enjoyment as there is swimming pool, rides. We enjoyed a lot. Try rumali roti kadak which is very tasty.

Nice & Clean hotel room with immediate service action, adjacent to the river, cleaned swimming pool. Peaceful atmosphere to relaxed and hangout. Worst food quality not worth with the pricing as very bad cook, but no other option you have accept next resort.

Hotel is one the best among the others in that vicinity. Rooms are very average with only basic facilities. Cost is very high as for a super deluxe room I was charged 4500. Hotel does not have proper billing structure as they took 45 mins to give a bill with GST. Also bill was just a print out on a A4 size paper and not even on Hotel letterhead. Food is also very average and not up to the mark considering the price. A very average hotel!

Beautiful place with lots of greenery around. Tasty food with good quantity. Cleanliness and room service remarkable. Clean pool and slides good place for family and couple to visit. Location wise very easy to find the place.
