Good Stay
Hotel room services are good. Food of the Saffron Saga is enjoyable.

property is not upto mark as per hospitality business. it's only reception in good condition but room is very filthy without any good thing which you can find. Not recommended at this price.

I book sweet room but when I reached hotel they have no room day 1 I stay in deluxe room but I pay already sweet room and they don't give me difference

Very Bad Experience
Very bad experience. Rude staff behaviour, dirty room. we have checkin late at night and staff have not informed that AC is not working.

It wasn’t good, as inspite of booking the room well before they told they won’t give the room after relentless arguments they finally gave us the room

Staff is so rood they knock the door at 11 pm for the bill what i have order at dinner that was only bisleri water and cold drink for that they told us have to pay right now only u can’t pay at checkout time i don’t like the hotel

Poor Stay
Door knocked in middle of night for no reason. Again someone form hotel staff opened my room with master key for no reason. Not sure about safety in this hotel.
