very poor service switch was not working for mobile..while asking to change the room they provide third class room where AC cooling was to low...rather then upgrade the room they were asking to pay more...worst experience

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First and foremost, the lift was not working, which made carrying luggage up the stairs quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, the door key also wasn’t functioning properly, so accessing my room was a hassle. Additionally, the intercom in my room was not working, which made it impossible to communicate with the front desk or request assistance when needed. On top of all this, the food served was cold, which was quite off-putting, especially considering I had hoped for a warm meal after a long day.

Bed Sheets and pillow covers are not clean otherwise rooms are clean

Rooms are not same as shown in the pic, wi fi not working, rooms not properly ventilated

The room which was provided was not up to the mark as per the money spent. It was a very small room and the bathroom also lacked a hand wash & proper toiletries.

Not a good stay. The western name gets you landed in disguise that the property would be good like the name

We stayed in here for a night. We had 3 rooms booked. The room key card stopped working. The rooms and washrooms were smellly. No hot water in one of the washrooms. The food was excessively salty. Not a good stay in short. For the key card we had to wait for 30 minutes by the clock standing outside our room. But still they managed to open the door only with the master card.

Excellent service. Hotel staff are very nice. Room was clean and food quality is good. I recommend to all those who search hotels at udhampur. Go for it.

They sell rooms as queen size but in actual the rooms are just a single person occupancy. Totally cheated.

Rooms are small, bed sheets are not clean. After changing to another one also, it was same. Food was nice in the restaurant.

Awesome stay and wonderful rooms. Must visit! rooms were clean and the hotel location was centric and the best thing was parking availability!

Service was very bad. Service of food was very late. There was leakage in rooms n bathroom flush was leaking. We had to make calls for basic amenities. There were no curtains in the rooms n towels.

Entire room is dirty hairs are on bed washroom is damaged water is not running hot and no room service only one person is their for entire hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The room and the bathroom were too stinky and dirty. But the staff is too good. Helpful and good behaviour.

Hotel room in very poor condition…bedsheet and quilt was dirty and no water in the bathroom at night …bathroom exhaust not working …room was dirty and smells bad..no breakfast in the morning as I had complementary breakfast and there was no chef there and when asked hotel staff said chef will come after half an hour .

Never opt for this hotel to stay. It's smelling everywhere and they have very old furnitures. Wasted my money. Very bad service

It's average hotel but not upto the value of money paid.
