Zero value for money.
The hotel is not good. Rooms are below par. Staff is courteous. We were given the left over room inspite of booking high cost room. the only expense at the hotel was a food bill worth Rs 558/-. We paid this on the previous night of our departure proactively noticing that there was nobody to settle accounts in the morning hours of 7 am. While we left for our onward journey, one of the staff members ran behind our car for demanding Rs 558/- which he did not know that the amount was paid previous night. We shh hi owed him the proof of payment and then he allowed us to go. Canteen service and food is not good. I would give 1 out of 10. Not worth staying . Least value for money. If owner of this hotel has any concern then he is requested to consult me on mobile number.

Excellent Stay
The property is very well located. Just a 100mtrs walk to Rock beach❤️ You get to experience 17th century heritage hotel, well maintained and very polite staffs. Every furniture feels royal. You get to explore nearby white town French streets filled with good cafes and restaurants. Just at walking distances, this is another great advantage. Only down side I felt was bed height. The bed height was almost to my waist. They provide steps to climb up to bed. Overall, worth every penny!

Excellent Stay
Property was very good. It has been well maintained as heritage property. Staff were courteous. Breakfast might have been better in terms of options. Food quality and taste was good. Perfect location for going around , walkable to beach road.

beautiful property at the heart of white town
The property is a classic old heritage Bunglow once owned by the mayor of Pondicherry during French Raj. The property is clean n well maintained. Every room is unique. The food was equally good. The location is equally good, very close from the sea beach, and at the heart of happening restaurant and cafes

An absolute gem in the heart of White Town, Le Dupleix is pure magic!
My stay was nothing short of dreamlike. Tucked away in the charming lanes of White Town, this stunning property radiates aesthetic elegance. From the beautifully designed rooms to the calming ambience that instantly makes you feel at home. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible warmth of the staff. A special shoutout to Jemima, who was an angel! Not only did she ensure my early check-in went smoothly, but she also checked in on me multiple times during my stay with such genuine warmth. The lovely Padmini from housekeeping was sweeter than honey. Courteous, thoughtful, and always smiling. And I can’t forget Suneel and Saravanan, who not only kept my room spotless but even left behind the cutest handwritten note, thanking me for choosing Le Dupleix. I mean, who does that? If you’re heading to Pondy and want an experience that’s more than just a stay, something that truly touches your heart, Le Dupleix is the place to be. Can’t recommend it enough.

the property is wel located in white town in Pondicherry. The Heritage structure is well maintained, kept to its original form giving one real fresh feel. the staff is very curtious and helpful. overall one should definitely stay here to get hertitage, French feeling

Property's location was good, ambience was really good...but very average food..and really disappointed in the rest room...its a century old building so no wonder on d leakages...but shld have been well handled...

Room, location, amenities,services are excellent but really disappointed with breakfast menu. We stayed for 5 days and exactly same menu of breakfast for five days . Very limited options in breakfast.

Staycation turned Nightmare 😰
It was just pathetic in every aspect. Felt like being tortured for booking the property..No maintained rooms ..sockets coming out in the hands ..no tap was working in the room which was fixed late in the night causing us to waste whole day long in this summer. Too much nonsense at the part of service staffs. Arrogant and incompetent. They also demanded extra charges while exiting the property for 10mins delayed checkout even when we informed earlier on this . This was really insane to stay at a property with such useless dark rooms with not much light. Please avoid going there and paying hefty money with no facility.

Best property at the White Town, restarunt services need to be improved.
Beautiful property at the prime location. Very closer to the promenade beach and the French quarters is walkable. They do not have a parking space, we have to park our vehicle at the roadside on own risk. Food is good, but restarunt services need to be improved.

Amazing experience
Awesome stay. The staff is great. I interacted a lot with prabhu, jemima rukhsar. One of the nicest people i met. One suggestion for the breakfast menu they can expand the options for food. That is bit disappointing to have same menu when u stay for more than a day.
