hotel service was not good. the hotel was located by the side of the road below the valley which was a very bad location. far from mall road. totally offbeat location.

Terrible Stay
No cooperation by staff only warm water and plates were provided. Geyser of one of our room no. 105 doesn't work. No exhaust fan. No amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste were provided. Tv worked but later didn't.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
