The location of the hotel is very simple to find and the food available from the restaurent also good qualitied. The hospitality of the hotel staff is poor

Situated in the side of kanyakumari byepass, easily accessible, around 2km from kovalam beach. Room is good and clean. Toilet also. Bath tub is there. But no water connection to it. A restaurant also there. Good food and room service available.

The room service was not good. Room in itself was average. Restaurant had very less veg options. No parking available for the car. Location was good and was not far from beach. Washroom was too compact.

No cleanliness and very bad restaurant service the staffs are ok but there is no cleanliness and not a safe place to stay for ladies

From the looks, looks like it was a great hotel/room back in days. They haven't updated the room in a while. For the price it's alright. Good backroom (lacks new paints and bit of cleaning. Big comfortable bed and a very roomy bed. Location is close to 2km from the beach, if you have a car then the stay is ok but the rickshaw drivers are overcharging people. Anyway avoid kovalam altogether and go to varkala if you ask me.

2 km from beach, highway side. Good hotel. Restaurant is very good. Staffs are friendly. Value for money.

Room was huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hot water available. Restaurant food was decent. Airport, beach and temples nearby. Staff were very hospitable and helpful! many ayurvedic spas nearby and the hotel staff can assist in making bookings. Laundry service available when you ask the staff. Only con is the hotel is at a t junction so it can be abit noisy, other than that i had a wonderful stay!

Stayed: mon, tue rooms: room is spacious. No of people: 2 adults, 2 kids. Has a king size bed and extra bed was provided. Service: there is a gap of 3 hours in the evening where the morning shift receptionist leaves and evening shift receptionist arrives. Faced few inconveniences regarding this. But sorted out later. Bathroom: it was clean with unwanted items which are not properly maintained in clean condition like bath tub, broken dust bin, malfunctioned shower unit (turns on with the tap on and doesn't stops sometimes, improper seal of false ceiling due to ac pipes, broken tiles etc. Over all i can say it was a nice stay with minor issues with bathroom. As the room is nice, i ignored the bathroom conditions. Pure vegetarian restaurant is just opposite the hotel and it is recommended for vegetarians especially as it will be difficult to find pure veg hotels. It was a nice stay here, all the concerns are properly addressed by the in charge here.

The hotel was understaffed. Absolutely no one to address questions. Tea and coffee served after 1 hr. Room service is horrendous. Lift in poor state. Occasionally breaks down. Will not recommend for staying as they are only interested in their restaurant business better to stay near the beach.

The stay at la promenade was nice. We enjoyed the stay. The area was nice and its at the highway. Room was nice and hygiene.

It is maintained properly old furniture bathrooms are bad bathtub not working breakfast was ok ok

Pathetic hospitality. smell were in the room and room service were done on 1. 00 am on request. Rats are running over the bed in the midnights, its disturbs our sleep. Rats were found in the every corner of the room. Couldn't sleep at-least for 3 hrs. Never experienced this kind of hospitality ever

Location of the hotel is very nice. A nice restaurant. Rooms are clean and bathroom is also good. Behaviour of the staff's are also nice.

According to the amount the hotel is not so good, but it's location is good. Furniture and other amenities are average quality.
