It was a great day. I would like to recommend if there is some kind of maintenance done in the room. It will be more pleasant and pool has to be cleaned. Was not that clean if

The stay was not as expected and the facilities were also poor as expected. There was a fridge just to show off. It's not working at all... also they couldn't provide us whatever we asked them apart from a kettle. Also the room looked very old as well

The staff was very friendly. Got the hotel at a very cheap price. It was a wonderful stay. Very near to kovallam beach and has all the amenities. It is more like a luxory resort.

The property was above average. The room I booked was the most expensive one in that hotel. It was a deluxe room with a balcony but it didn't feel that good. AC and TV were working well. The property has mentioned a pool but i didn't use it. The staff was friendly. Based on previous experiences, this room was expensive.

Room smells like hospital, walls are dirty overall room is average setup

Good room, spacious.. but bedsheet looks like too old..locks of front door and bathroom are damaged or too old.

moon light hotel staff are very nice and helpful but the room is located in 4th floor almost many steps rest room door is not clearly open other wise swimming pool experience, Room AC mainly it's very very near to seashore

Well Maintained rooms at reasonable price, Good place to stay with family, good services and staff behaviour.

Dirty Swimming Pool. Dirty linen. Broken Toilet Seat. Insects in food. Bad attitude of receptionist towards complaints. Not recommended at all. Avoid such kind of hotels.

The hotel is very closest to the beach. Staff are good and polite. Room could be more well maintained and painted. Toilet door can’t close properly. Pool time only 8am to 6pm. They won’t allow after 6pm.

It was good, all the hotels were very fine and hygiene was very good in almost every hotel but hotel moonlight was providing hot water, overall everything was good.
