Filthy and foul smell all around the hotel.. staff also not responding... worst experience ever we have in the hotel..

Location and rooms were fine... As it was so near to beach.. the stay at this resort was one of the finest option. Regarding dining and the hotel facility.. I would indeed advice to try for easily available other options near by (especially Sunset Beach Hotel.. one can try ). Hospitality and facilities inside the restaurant could have been far far better for the price being charged, as in any business... obviously customer is the King..

Location was awesome and overall it was a comfortable stay,rooms and views were breath taking.Staffs behaviour were also good

TV cable was enabled on request after 1 day, wifi password provided on request and breakfast was very good.

This hotel is good and near to sea , it is also budget friendly. Reception staff is also good . Breakfast is pretty normal .

The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and lovely scenery. However, the bathroom and the room could benefit from some improvements, as they seem a bit dated. While the bathroom is adequate, it does not quite meet expectations. Nevertheless, the beautiful scenery makes the experience worthwhile, and the value is considered reasonable.

location is good but room is not good smell in a room food is bad in hotel if there is a rain water is in balcony that is why poor experience

Property was very good .staff’s are really good easy check in process and the rooms are maintain really good food are awesome and the hotel outside views are looking amazing finely it was a peaceful stay.

The property location is close to beach hence good from proximity point of view. Staff is polite but they are slow. I asked for water bottles to be sent to the room and had to follow up every one hour 2-3 times. The bar is open with no attendant most of the time. Alcohol brands available were also limited.

ihave booked kovalam Chennai but uhave given in Kerala kovalam this is really wrong I have lost the money this is terrible 😭

Very highly overpriced. Rooms and hallways are very very ordinary and ancient for the price. Air conditioner was not working. Quality of seating in restaurant was also very cheap and without air conditioning. Food was alright, though. Swimming pool seemed deep enough for adults to only be able to dip their legs. Overall, highly overpriced property which requires some serious renovation.

Rooms are big and cozy. Staffs are courteous. Swimming pool is enjoyable. Food is not up to the standard.

Room upkeep was very poor, untidy, staff response slow - had to call for anything twice at least. Room had spider webs and it had very heavy sound of exhaust fan. One can find other better resort and even having direct excess to shore easily.

The hotel is nice and very clean but not that much premium for the price. Location also good. Plenty of parking there. But it is opening. Our car fully drenched in birds excretion

Room is good but service is poor. Told to collect the luggage before check out. Called 2 times for reminder but no person came and eventuality i had to carry my luggage

I’ll say this is the worst property, i ever stayed. This property requires serious renovation. Lift was not working. Toilet faucet was faulty. There was no locker or fridge in the room. The room was having wet walls and fungus. The breakfast was horrible and the ambience was like lowest category, hotel.
