Review Of Kottaram Heritage Resort

The cottage was not good.... maintenance of the property is very poor....insects are seen in the room as well as the washroom.

It was okay-ish. Not bad but not great either. Nice location. About a km to beach.

The property is located right next to the main road, which results in constant disturbance from traffic noise. While the washrooms were clean and well-maintained, there was an unpleasant odor. Additionally, no toiletries were provided, which was quite disappointing. We had opted for a package that included breakfast, but unfortunately, there is no in-house restaurant. The breakfast was arranged from outside and consisted of just one dosa and a cup of tea. This felt unprofessional and certainly not worth the amount we paid.

We had a great stay at kottaram heritage alleppey. Vishal and abhirami from the front desk made sure everything went smooth throughout the stay. Thank you guys! the rooms were neat and spacious.

I found the accommodations to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The linens, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The housekeeping staff appears diligent and meticulous, which contributed greatly to my comfort during the stay.

The location of the resort is awesome. Quiet and beautiful. Good rooms cottage and staff service also good with all basic facilities. Beach is just 10 mins walk of the resort. You can enjoy your day in alleppey. Love this place

I must say about kottaram resort hospitality is exceptional and staff service was too good. We had trip of 3 days in alleppey but we extended our stay due to lots enjoyment at this place comfortable familiar all things are welcoming.
