Hotel O Alappuzha Near General Hospital Junction

They are showing good rooms pictures, yesterday i was booked in the room, i can say more and more regarding this issue but it has been a long time for me, don’t book this hotel, dirty rooms & unhygienic room and Dirty water supply, i just run away from the room

Very bad experience with the staff terrible no electricity generator no proper toilet facilities nothing the blanket pillow everything was very untidy the complaint number given in the room that guys arrogant attitude the reception boy his attitude terrible

Such a bad hotel and do not believe what is seen in the pictures posted by the hotel on the site.

The water quality is so bad yellow water. Bad smell in bathroom. Room is not clean. Tv is not working. No towel. No fresh up kit. Bad experience. 2/10

I checked in bit late. I tried to call the hotel for 8 hours no one is responded. while reaching the stay around 2.00 AM morning no one is there in the front desk. I waited for there 45 min without response. Then one room boy came and provide me a key. I stayed there for 5 hours to sleep and refresh The room is not even cleaned and the bedsheet and pillow covers were not washed. while checking out around 11 AM no one is there to surrender the room key. For that also I waited and lost my train to chennai. so pls dont book by seeing the rating in MMT app.

This hotel is definitely kids approved. Staff entertained children well and room made parents comfortable too.
