The staff is sitting on reception very rude and angry on me in there’s no towel no blanket room is smelling bed and

I Checked in the stay 11 pm. The reception staff said there is no room Available because it was weekend. I showed the booking details. They asked 500 extra money to give room. And I given it because of the situation.

whata are facilities they shown in MakeMyTrip nothing is available only have one bed and one fan and no wifi
