The booking i regret using mm t first time in my life. We feel mm t should have a benchmark in adding stay places or else this kind of hotels spoil mm t reputation as well

Stay was denied by the hotel management. Even after multiple calls, no resolution from makemytrip also. Really pathetic support from mmt.

It was a terrible experience for my family in this hotel.Actually i am not sure why in contract with such a worst hotel.There is a bar ongoing along with the hotel reception and the receptionist is common for both hotel and the bar🤑. We waited more than 45 min for the receptionist who was busy at the bar counter.The drunkards were staring me and my wife when we were at the reception. After so many calls and the hotel owner we got the room. Regarding the room, i am very angry to say. It is worst than a lodge. We paid for this horrible and terrible room.The bed was full of stains and the room was very dirty.Toilets were more worst than a public toilet.There was no seat cover for the toilet and the bucket was full of dirt too.Such a horrible night. We didnt sleep in the bed and we sat on the chair until morning.We didnt raise the concern during that time due to fear of the local people there.Now we were at hometown and i am raising this concern.Receptionist was very unproffesional and he was drunk.He dealt with us in a very rude manner.Seriously i want my money back.

poorly maintained, cockroaches are in the rooms, water cones out of bath room, there is no room service, tv is not working, no phone to contact reception, no veg restaurant,

We were a family of 4 people and we had booked 2 rooms in this hotel. We were initially given only 1 room and the manager told us that the other room is being cleaned. We reached the hotel after the checkin time but the rooms were not ready. We agreed to checkin to a single room while the other one was being cleaned up. The room was absolutely pathetic with extremely dirty bathrooms, leaking commode and fan filled with inches of dust. When complained about this, we were told that we could move to a suite room by paying more. We had to agree to this as the room was totally bad. The suite room looked spacious but had same old problems. Dirty bedsheets, commode with lot of stains and many more.

Only location is good, just 20 mins to Dommanakatte safari. Apart from this, no room service, no proper maintenance, bathrooms water leaking, power shutdowns/no backup. Not friendly for family, primarily a bar.

The hotel was located in a very remote area, so I did not have a good experience. The hotel needs to be developed so that travelers can have a better experience. The room had poor facilities, and the washroom was dirty. Though the staffs were good. I booked the room for a day but could not stay the night. Overall it was a bad experience.
