Cosmic Connect Kabini is not just overpriced and poorly managed, but also run by people who have no understanding of basic human respect. To start with, the manager, Murugun, is extremely rude and arrogant. When we politely questioned why we were being charged for tea even though it was mentioned as part of the breakfast package, he mocked us and shamelessly called us “beggars.” Yes, a hospitality manager, speaking to paying guests, with that level of disrespect. Absolutely disgraceful. It doesn’t end there. The owner showed a shocking lack of basic decency. He mistreated our driver simply because he was eating near him. Apparently, the owner’s inflated sense of “status” couldn’t tolerate a driver having a meal in his presence. The level of arrogance and classism is appalling. Calling him “inhuman” wouldn’t be an exaggeration. The property itself is crazily overpriced for what it offers. The infrastructure is nothing special, the management is chaotic, and there is absolutely no sense of warmth, hospitality, or professionalism. It feels like the entire place is being run by people who think they’re doing guests a favor by allowing them to stay. If you’re looking for peace, hospitality, or just basic respect – Cosmic Connect Kabini is not the place for you. They seriously need to learn how to treat humans – guests and staff alike. Avoid this place unless you want to pay a premium to be insulted and disrespected

Staff was good but facilities were not. 1. No hot water in shower till 8:30 in morning. 2. Wifi password was not shared till 8 hrs after checkin. 3. Power cut for every 30 mins. And AC was shut down for no reason. That too during this hot climate. No fan no AC enjoy the stay.

The staff were good and very helpful. But the facilities were not up to mark. 1. Lot of power outage. That too while i was in bath room where there is a small window and it was pitch dark. 2. They killed the AC for some reason. And it never started again for the whole time. 3. For every general facilities we need to ask staff to get the things done. e.g. hot water in bathroom, Power backup etc. we need to inform the staff.

The resort is on the banks of the lake and has amazing viewing decks, meditation centre and lounging areas. The special attention given by Mrs & Mr Murugan was par excellent. They prepare the most simple and awesome food there is. Kudos to owner Mr Amit to have put together such an awesome place. He gracefully arranged for Boat Safari and Jeep Safari for us. The rooms are well kept and has all the required amenities.. however the power cuts causes a little bit of trouble. The tranquility trumps EVERYTHING as simply sitting on the porch n gazing at the sky and lake gives u the most awesome relaxation.

price for the room is too costly.it is not like a resort just like a farm house.Food is very limited and too costly.

Location is a bit far from the Safari. Food was limited but it was really good. Service was also equally good.

Chances are there that you should be alone in the property just with the manager and his wife. As soon as we reached there the property was locked and it took some time to them to reach at the property and open the locks. Very rude staff . In case you are a bit late while checkout they will enter your room without permission and start picking up your luggage. They lack basic manners. They speak in their own language and make you feel outsider. Beware you will be stuck as soon as you book a stay here. Services are not good . Not worth the money. No professionalism.

Place was okay okay.. not what it looks in the MMT app.. Connectivity road is not so good.. Rooms were clean and tidy.. Bathrooms were excellent. Food was good.. but only veg options.. for non veg food you need to pay extra.. Swimming pool was full of insects and looks like they don't bother to clean it up regularly Overall ok for one day stay.. price is on but higher side

I booked the resort . We booked a Lakeview room, but we could hardly see lake from our room. The power fluctuation was too much due to which the fan speed was continuously changing throughout our stay. The food is overpriced and the taste is below average. Never order a beverage, they absolutely don't know how to make one. Swimming pool was not clean. Ride bicycle at your own risk and you might have to use your feet to come to a halt. Only good thing was the room and bathroom was clean. Price for 1 day stay is too overpriced.

Good location, food can be lot better, amenities and services also need improvement. Hotel staff can communicate and give information more actively. Hotel properties can be maintained better. There is lack of staff everywhere.
