Review Of Kodai Peak

Fake and cheating makemytrip and kodai peak. Very bad experience totally disappointed.

The motel kodai peak is not for family members. I have e seen. I have seen that there is no proper maintenance & power back-up. The washrooms also not cleaned well, water problem & geyser problem i have face these

No water heater working room allotted by make mytrip was changed and a worst room was given instead terribly sorry for such as bad room

Rooms was very bad and the behaviour of staffs were horrible. The room was not cleaned and they provided birty bedsheets. The hotel manager was drunken and misbehaved to us.

It was really nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was two pillows and a shawl was provided. It's better to carry a bedsheet. The washroom was clean and there was hot water after a certain time in the morning, we asked for hot water after 9am. You will gay according to your need. There was a little bit drinking water problem, then the guy there gave us water from his own kitchen. The hotel is located around 2km from the lake area, main market area. So, for food, you have to order on zomato before 10, otherwise shops will be closed. There was no auto auro such vehicle for going to nearby places also. There was not much space in the room. Just a small room, no exposure. And you have to walk 2km for market. While leaving the hotel, check all your luggage. Happy tour to kodaikanal. )

The stay at the hotel was not good. The rooms were not at all clean. No hot water in room in that cold weather condition of kodaikanal. The major point is that we need a clean room to stay. But the room in this hotel was terrible. This hotel is not worth the money spent. I will not recommend this to anyone. It was a very bad experience for me.

No customer service, just felt a dormitory kind of stay. Not suitable for families. No room service and very non responsive.
