Very well maintained. Very helpful, softspoken, and responsive care taker. Very affordable. Noise free environment. Best deal u can ever find. Purified water available. Near khandagiri caves, so a bit away from city centre. 100% value for money. Big space available in room. So very spacious for 2 person. Homely environment. Best deal. Beaware of fake number scam on google maps. Directly book through mmt.

Do not stay if it's not that urgent
The rooms were good but the service and behavior of owner is way too low. I wish i could cancel that but it was non refundable

Little distance from main street
It's little inside. Situated 1 km away from amari hospital and around 1. 5 km from khandagiri. I didn't opt food option. Hygiene should be maintained. You have to ask everyone for all facilities even you have paid for that like ac remote, tv uses and remote etc. Those will not be available in room. Water also have to get it from kitchen.

Worst place
There was no housekeeper. Drainage system was also bad. The behavior of the caretaker wasn't acceptable. He was rude, extremely opportunist and money-minded. He left no stones unturned in an attempt to extract the maximum amount of money possible from us.

Madam, sorry for the inconvenience, we will take necessary steps, you have booked the standard room without attached Bath and you had taken the deluxe room as per your request for which we have charged extra that to instead of two persons, three persons stayed in the room for which we haven't charged you

Good for bachelors only
Rooms are meant for sleeping only. Kitchen and bathroom is separate. Clean and well maintained. Not good for family as there is no privacy. Strictly for bachelors.

Staff was friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.
I asked for extra mattress but it was not available. An amenities like soap, towel, etc were not provided. Good spacious hotel but not worth for money paid for.

Hotel excellent, only lodging, no fooding facilities are available. Please purchase the food from outside or take home delivery. The caretaker recommended restaurant foods quality is not so good. 5 min walking distance from main road.
