The location of hotel is very good..well maintained rooms..Lunch was excellent however breakfast was below average and needs improvementin terms of quality and should include more varieties..For deluxe room the option available was only inclusive of breakfast & lunch / dinner by paying around Rs 3000 extra which I feel is quite costly for a dinner for 2. The staff were very cordial. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The experience was good. They give complimentary breakfast as part of the reservation. Two half litre water bottles are provided but they can provide at least two litre bottle especially during summers. Apart from that the buffet breakfast is okay, a good mix of continental and Indian breakfast. They don't provide eggs to order as part of the buffet and it will be charged extra. The coffee shop is good for quick bites.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience to be underwhelming. The property feels outdated and could really use some upgrades to match modern expectations. The rooms, in particular, were below average in quality, with a tired look and uncomfortable furnishings. The food was reasonably priced and passable, but the breakfast buffet was a disappointment. The selection was very limited, and much of the food seemed stale, which didn’t leave a good impression. One of the biggest issues we faced was with transportation. The hotel is situated in an area dominated by local taxi operators, and we weren’t informed of this beforehand. When we tried to book an uber, the local taxi drivers confronted us and made it clear we couldn’t use rideshare services in the area. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating situation that could have been avoided with better communication from the hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential but falls short in several key areas. Until improvements are made, i wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable or hassle-free stay.

I come to know that you directly deal with the local taxi drivers and not agreed with the rate , then call the uber. The property offers good food, well mannered employees, spacious and clean rooms. The rooms do not have fans, so you need to switch on the ac all the time. If you switch off the ac, bad smells come out in the room. The location of the property is excellent which is in the main market of thiruvalla. I enjoyed my stay there.

familyFor the money it’s not worth the place. Services are below average. No proper parking facilities. Bathrooms were not good. Even after specifically mentioned as two kids and adults bedroom allocated was small with double bedroom with queen size bed.

On makemytrip, the deluxe room was advertised as 256 sq ft with a seating area, but in reality, it's only 150 sq feet. The picture shown at the time of booking was of a junior suite, not the actual deluxe room.
