Amenities: Basic amenities like TV was missing. AC was not working due to volate fluctuations. Fan was not moving. In this scorching heat my family had to sweat continuously after repeatedly calling the manager to address the issue we decided to leave to property within 3 hours of check in. *Manager told while leaving it happens there till the evening and after that the issue gets resolved. If they had it mentioned earlier I would have never booked the property.* Food: Food was exorbitantly priced but quality was not up to the mark, even the road side dhabas cook better than them.

It’s too much costly, for 3000 bucks no such facilities. Food is too much costly. No toilet kit, just some sample products in bathroom from keys seth, no one will come second time.

PLZ DONT ORDER MUTTON BY MISTAKE ALSO U WILL END UP HAVING SOMETHING ELSE 2. OUTSIDE AREA NOT OK AVOID ROMING OUTSIDE. 3. THE MANAGER WILL TRY TO INCREASE FOOD BILLS BY SAYING MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY LIKE U HAVE TO ORDER MINIMUM 3 OR 2 TO GET A FOOD WHICH IS ALREADY THERE IN MENU CARD WITHOUT ANY SUCH INFO. CONCLUSION :- OVERALL EXCELLENT EXCEPT FOOD

Room and food preparation is v good. The tariff is high considering the fact that there's no tv. The greenery around is poorly maintained, also the waterbody is full of filth.

The stay amid-st nature was noteworthy. The lunch spread was delicious with authentic bengali dishes. Also the cordial behaviour of the staffs deserves special mention. Power cut is an issue that needs to be addressed. The breakfast should have been complimentary keeping in mind the offers from the competitors in the market. On the whole, a good experience.

The property is very clean, staff are helpful and service is excellent. Fantastic communication from the city
