The room was very small and don't have food services
The room was very small and don't have food services. Also the bed isn't good. It was break ed from one side. But staff's behavior is very nice.

Rooms are small, dirty, no staff to listen your problem
Rooms are dirty, small and no staffs are there. Only one receptionist with bad behavior. Washrooms are really dirty. Not at all recommended.

It is an ok hotel
The staff were nice and allowed us to stay 50 minutes extra beyond the check-out time. No breakfast or airport drops included though. The room was large enough and freshly cleaned for our arrival.

Close to airport but bathroom could be better
All in all, I was happy with the hotel. It is very close to the airport, the room was basic but spacious and the staff were good people and easy to deal with. The only downside was probably the bath. The rest of bathroom was fine, but bath tub had not been properly maintained. Having said that, if I need a hotel close to Kolkata Airport for a short stay, I would probably return. I had to leave at 4 am and the night staff made that easy and helped locate the cab I had booked as I do not speak any Bangla.

familyThe hotel is very near to airport and cab facility is also available 24/7 in the area. Rest no restaurant in the hotel, rooms are not so clean and tidy.

Average Stay
The stay was overall good. Place is well located near Airport. Cabs were available any time. Local Kolkata can be viewed. Good restaurants were not present near hotel site.
Food was not available at hotel site but was available from adjacent area. Water in bathroom was yellowish. Cleaning was good, staff was cooperative, room space was small.
