They need lot of improvement, their services as well as there tat have to be perfect. Despite of having free breakfast in the booking they have charged for the same.

Property is value for money. Staff is so polite and tha view from this property is amazing. Sunrise view is awesome from our room.

The worst property i have seen in my life. Poor maintenance. Staff is very rude. We are sitting in balcony in the night and they come fully drunk and ask us to go inside the room having stick in there hand. In morning they wont let u sleep. They knock the door and ask for breakfast. The room are diff as shown in pics. This very least i can describe. Galti se bhi galti mat karna yaha aane ki. They had street dogs with puppies which stays there. If u asked them to please take away these puppies they said they lives there

The manager and staff were really good and helpful. They made sure everything is taken care off ( like taxi for pick and drop, guiding us on nearby tourist spots and ordering food online as only breakfast is available in property) however, the room was not clean, the electric kettle, referigerator had mold and stink-ed really bad. There were big spiders in the room. Property rooms are big and spacious and is 1. 5 kms from kasauli mall road and 20 minutes walk from gilbert trail, manki point base point and one can enjoy sunrise from balcony.

Stay was pleasant. Improvement in the kitchen area is required. Geyser was not working.

Entire different as shown, restaurant was not functional and heigine issues.Not recommended to stay here.

Rooms were clean, food was good, yash the staff member was very polite and good person, view from the room was awesome with clear sunrise.

The property was overall good! but had some issue with room heaters and also there was issues with shower too. Good and cooperative staff i must say. They helped in every situation where they could.

Very average property. Certainly not how it looks in the pictures. The two bedroom suite is not a suite actually. It is a two adjoining bedrooms. Staff is decent, location is fine. If you are looking for luxury this is not a place to be.

Property's location was ideal in between market and monkey point, thereby walks on either side and to the sunrise / sunset point were very convenient. Food was very delicious and good quantity. Amenities met the expectations and service was excellent. Staff was very polite and ever ready to provide a desired service.

Place is too awesome. If you are looking for nature and a quiet place then kasauli rocks will be best. The staff is also impressive and very supportive. The room is very clean and very well designed. The view from the room is awesome, you can enjoy the sunset point from the room. They have a food facility available but the taste is normal but you can order from a local restaurant. Overall i enjoy my trip and love the place

Very co-operative staff, they will help you above and beyond. Owner was very helpful too. Clean rooms and perfect for family stay. Food is good too. Few insects in vicinity but that's ok considering the lush green environment. Overall i would recommend this property as a family getaway in kasauli.

My parents wanted to go for a peaceful stay in the hills. And the nearest was kasauli so we booked them a room near the sunset point and even though it was raining profusely, they enjoyed their stay at kasauli rocks immensely. They even extended their stay over there. They were all praise for their food. Especially the noodles and chilly paneer and the poori aaloo. And the valley view with clouds revolving around the room was sheer bliss. If you are looking for a secluded getaway, just a km away from main kasauli market, then this place is actually value for money. Nothing fancy about it but it's decent, simple and clean property which suits the budget as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. In all my parents are still enjoying their stay while i pass on the reviews as per their description.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Top notch location, spectacular mountain view, neat & tidy room, ample outdoor area to hang around, mouth watering meals, decent & honest staff. I recommended this property to all the people who wants to enjoy their holidays.

Staff was courteous and food was very good and economical. View from hotel room was amazing and hotel is situated near to all important points. If one is trying to visit and want some peace, than you can go for kasauli rocks.

The stay was pretty comfortable. The property is located at monkey point road, which is 1. 5 km from mall road. The views from the property are breathtaking and if you are looking for a place away from the chaos, i would recommend this place. The food was nice and fresh. Overall, the experience was great.

Pros- 1. Excellent view from the room 2. Food quality is good cons- 1. There is drain inside room with pathetic smell. 2. Lots of insects inside room including spider 3. Only mirror in bathroom which is bacwardly inclined. 4. No power back for bathroom & charging point 5. No water for 3 hrs at morning 6. No intercom facility 7. Restricted food options 8. Room & surrondings are very untidy & muddy. Owner should stay with family at-least one night to face the actual issues.
