Review Of Kasauli Regency (Hangout-Rooftop Bar & Lounge)

Food at the hangout was excellent, we had multiple meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Helpful staff and overall a very good and decent experience.

well maintained cleaned and hygienic conditions of the room. Room Service and Staff behaviour is very good. A nice and very peaceful stay.

The room was clean ,hygiene and well maintained with a good view . The staff was cordial and quick in fulfilling demands . North indian food was delicious. Even the cafe on top floor was beautiful and gave an aesthetic vintage vibe , a place to hangout after a tiring day in the mountains .

Last weekend, i went on a solo trip to kasauli and stayed at kasauli regency, a charming property conveniently located near mall road and gilbert trail. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, and my room was well-maintained and clean. One of the standout features of this hotel is its rooftop restaurant and bar, offering breathtaking views of the town. In the evenings, when the town quiets down, the rooftop comes alive with entertainment, including a bollywood-themed night on saturdays and live performances by talented local artists on sundays. It's also the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the ambience and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Overall, my trip was delightful experience and my stay at kasauli regency only added to the charm

The experience was good in the property, we got east facing window in our room and saw a beautiful sunrise and the roof top was very good. The only issue i faced was with food the food was not at all recommended. The pasta was very bad and even the briyaani was very bad

Location is very nice. Anterior view was awesome. So many varieties of food available but bit costly. Otherwise everything is nice

The location of the property is ok, not very far from kasauli. Staff & service is good. The room (super deluxe room) was in terrible condition - mould on the ceiling, ceiling fan full of dust, room walls were very dirty and requires paint work.

We stayed at the family suite. The room was awesome. Small things like tea bags coffee etc were disappointing. At the price we paid, breakfast must be included. Food was good. The view from our room was not that great. The drive to the hotel is good. Not too high as well. Amenities in the bathroom were also not great. The shampoo and soap dispenser weren’t working fine. We were expecting at least a little more for a family suite. But it’s fine

Very bad experience of staying. Poor management and very rude staff. Food quality not upto mark. Manager jai was not supportive. We will not go again. Roti and naan was kind of rubber

Location is 2. 5 km away from mall road. Rooms were good, clean. They should provide lifts. Roof top baar is good. Service can be better

The stay was pleasant, but i feel deceived by the room labeling. During the booking process, it was advertised as a "super deluxe room" however, upon arrival at the hotel and seeing the actual room, it turned out to be an ordinary room. There was nothing particularly "super" about it. I had expected amenities like a balcony with seating, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The room they referred to as "super deluxe" merely had an air conditioner, a window, and an attached washroom. This discrepancy leaves me questioning why it was labeled as such. Considering i paid- per night, i believe it was overpriced for what the room actually offered.
