Property location is good car parking not available due to metro work one thing if they give 24 hours checkin time it will be very good

The room maintenance and cleaning and staffs hospitality is so good thankyou so much. We don't know about how the rooms but the end nice and lovely

Rooms are clean. But entire premises is not clean. Felt stayed some kind of dirty place. Also all fixtures in bath room are very old and bath water is not working properly

Entry to the hotel was blocked due to metro work. No parking for my vehicle and the breakfast was delivered by 9 am. Due to work I had to leave by 8 am Also the bed was too old and due to this,sleep was nit good.

It was lacking basic facilities like drinkingwater.They even didn't update about the main road block ,which makes the situation just terrible for people with luggage.The attendants were ill-receptive; didn't abide by what was asked of them. Service was very poor in comparison to price they charged.
