I need money back. It's not worth the money.

my stay at kamalam guest house was extremely disappointing. the rooms were filthy, with an overwhelming stench of urine throughout the premises. there were no basic amenities like pillows, making it incredibly uncomfortable. despite paying for the night, the experience wasn't even worth ₹1500. the lack of cleanliness and maintenance was shocking, and it was evident that hygiene is not a priority here. i strongly advise against staying at this place, as it completely fails to provide even the most basic standards of accommodation. avoid this guest house if you value your comfort and cleanliness. no one at the reception had to connect with customer support at 4am and even they said they were not able to connect with the property and was aking me if you need a reimbursement. i am seeking a partial refund.. any update on my support request.

Not at all did check in no hotel at all. Not able find hotel no response from hotel so many times called

Worst experience seen in my trip. No welcome. No hospitality. No one is there to listen our problems. No value for money spent. No hit drinking water filter no room heater, No receptionist to care and show amenities available. Broken commode. Room not cleaned for three days stay. No light on front entry door. U am very much sorry to my stay at Kàmalam is not satisfactory and suggest to improve much more.
