Good experience
Very good stay and the hospitality was good. The food provided for breakfast was good. The only issue I had was in 1 out of 3 rooms pillow cover had some stains on it.

Average Stay
Location has no sea view . Property not well maintained and looks poor , like the reception can at least have sofa seating . Rooms aren’t regularly maintained : TV does not work , intercom same etc .

Poor Stay
Location isn't very far from the beach however the quality of rooms is very poor. No cleanliness, no real facilities, even no toiletries in the rooms. Also, we stayed for 3 days and they served exactly same breakfast every day

Ok kind of a restaurant. Root service needs to be more organised. Bull friendly staff. Food nothing to write home about. Good for a 1st night stay till you can search for a better one

familyA very average stay in kovalam, with very a poor breakfast. Not so well maintained rooms, a/c remote is missing and not working properly, rooms are spacious, but reception not in a hurry to hand over room while checking in but in a hurry to take the room back while checking out

Good hotel
Room is not up to the mark, AC is continuously making noise, fan is also not working properly. Bed is not comfortable. Just 1 benefit it is near to beach, too expensive.

Not worthy of money
businessWe booked the hotel for our company trip. But the rooms are just normal and the food was not worthy for what we paid. They charged extra for a space used for a meeting for 2 hours and it is not even worth the price. Since we booked the hotel through some other agent we had to adapt to what the management said. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Sir, kindly note that any extra space that we are providing is chargeable. We had provided extra tables, chairs, extra snacks and soft drinks to make your meeting a Grand one. These extra provisions had been hired, obviously the hotel need to meet those expenses. So we cannot provide the additional facilities on complimentary basis. I hope you would definitely understand our situation because we are paying for all arrangements. Regarding food, we had arranged buffet which is a combination of different delicious varieties. Usually we get a very positive feedback for food from all our guests, because we always give top priority for our customer satisfaction.
