Hotel with a sea view.
If you need clean, room with a view then book this. Lunch, dinner you can Zomato Swiggy, as because nearby there is nothing, you need to previously an auto to go anywhere. Breakfast buffet is simple. Only a one man show, his hospitality is unique. A little overpriced.

Terrible experience
groupIt felt more like a hostel or homestay rather than a proper hotel. There were no facilities for lunch or dinner, and breakfast had no choices—just whatever they decided to serve, without even coffee. The rooms were decent but lacked amenities, providing only a bar of soap. Had I known I was booking a hostel or homestay, I wouldn’t have been disappointed, but as a hotel, it falls far short. The way they present it in the description and photos is misleading. There were more affordable and better options available in the area.

groupamazing property and the hotel owner is very friendly. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. he gave us complimentary water and allowed early check-in.

great property but pathetic servi
groupthe property is at a nice location. it is very near to beach. but it is terribly understaffed. they couldn't maintain service with only 1 or 2 people. this property is a part of akhil hotel chain and they should seriously consider increasing their service quality. for example, when we arrived, the flush in bathroom was not working. they brought a plumber to fix for 30 mins. then for anything, for example water, we have to repeatedly badger them to get it. you'll get tired and frustrated at one point and you stop asking for anything. we didn't dare order food from the previous order and the level of service we saw.

coupleIt is ok as per 3 star rating but rent is of 4 star hotel. Hotel is on very narrow road and breakfast is quite minimal. Hotel is kept clean and staff is responsive

Pathetic experience
The room quality is very poor. Only 1 staff in the complete hotel. Lack of facilities. The hotel only provides breakfast and no facility for lunch and dinne.

familyThis hotel is not worth the amount they charge. Property and the rooms are old and absolutely not in condition shown in the pictures. Only positive was it’s near the beach but road is very stiff.

Excellent stay
Neat, clean, well maintained and peaceful place, near to beach but going to beach by walking is difficult due to steep y location. Rest is very good.

Breakfast not served openly
groupRooms were clean but our breakfast experience was not good. On asking for another glass of juice we were told. One glass for one person and those one glass was actually small.

coupleThe location was acceptable, approximately 850 meters from hawa beach. However, the steep pathway made the return walk to the hotel challenging. The hotel only provided breakfast, with no options for lunch or dinner, so plan your meals elsewhere. The breakfast choices were limited. The hosts were accommodating, while the rooms and washrooms were of average size and cleanliness, including the washroom

Worst stay, pathetic hotel, do not opt
Terrible stay, please do not opt this hotel, we had to check out late in the night at 11. 30 pm, surprisingly there’s only one person, who responded after 15 mins reaching the hotel, we had to shift our luggage on our own, there’s no room service, rooms are smelling stinky, not at all maintained, absolutely “0” maintenance, no one from hotel will care about your stay had to check in on our own and check out on our own, not even worth of 1000rs per room but we paid 26 k for 3 rooms for 2 nights, no cleanliness, rooms are full of insects

Good place for stay at kovalam
Location was good about 800 m from the beach food and hospitality was excellent. Suite was a bit expensive though

Good for average stay.
Supportive staff. Near kovalam beach. Breakfast options very very limited. Rooms are comfortable. Wifi speed ok.
