the room was neat, but the bathroom was not even average.. the toilet seats were not screwed .. the taps had very low pressure water .. shower was useless because of very low pressure .. had to get water in bucket and bath.. bucket was very dirty one…

The restroom was really pathetic and with out hygienic bathroom

Had smooth check in & check out. Staff cooperative. Safe. Good ac. 24 hrs hot water. Neat room. Overall experience was good.

Located on the highway and east to access. Car park is good. Room is spacious but bathroom is not good. Nothing more to complain for an overnight stay.

Close to ulundurpet toll. Have ab and udupi ruchi restaurants just below the hotel. Decent stay on trichy chennai high way

Good location. Somewhere there should be a banner to locate easily. Staffs were very cordial and attentive.

We stayed here way back from kotagiri, just for a night. Location : hotel is bang on the highway in 2 kms away from ulundurpet toll plaza towards chennai with spacious car parking available. Food : a good vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor. Udipi hotel and ab in the neighborhood. No other options as of now. Amenities: no refreshments, no toiletries, no kettle, no room service was available. Poor hospitality. They have to maintain hygiene inside the rooms in-order to have future customers. We had to manage it all because of last minute booking with no other option left out for us. If you are planning to just stop over for quick rest but have no issues with your comfort levels. This can be your option too.

Neat and calm place okay for night staying food available in the same building but the cost is high

No towels no water in the morning no reception no room services it was not worthy for the amount. Don't need anything and please don't entertain fake reviews and photos

Room was clean and tidy. All the staff is very courteous and helpful. Main advantage is it is located on the highway. Restaurant is really good and food is tasty. Everything is good. We were taken to the first floor by the stairs. I didn't see a lift anyway. Overall experience was good.

It is very good hotel for stay in highways

The say was comfortable. The attached udupi veg restaurant is very good. But the precheck in experience was bad. I booked on 9th feb night to stay on 10th feb night full amount paid on line. When i called up while starting from chennai, on 11th, the hotel manager was saying casually that the hotel rejected my booking due to full house and he is sending information to me. When i asked him at what time he gave the rejection etc he was not answering proper. I stood my ground that the booking was a confirmed one, then, he reluctantly agreed. Be careful with this hotel as it looks like they cancel at will a confirmed booking of make my trip. When i started on 10th from chennai. Correction please

The room was immaculate and the service was commendable. Hot water was available along with other standard facilities.
